Q. How many devices come with the REV eero System?
The eero Mesh System from REV will come with two units as entry-level at $10 per month. Every home, whether HFC or FTTH, would have the eero Pro 6 as the main unit. All additional units in each home would be the eero 6 unit.
Q. How much is the eero Mesh System?
The eero Mesh System from REV is $10 per month for the base pack (2 units). Depending on the size of the customer's home, they may require more than two units at an additional $5 per month.
Q. What does the eero Mesh System Base Pack come with?
The Base Pack from REV comes with ONE eero Pro 6, one eero 6 along with power adapters and Ethernet cords for both devices.
Q. How much square feet does the eero Pro 6 Device cover?
The Pro 6 device covers up to 6000 sq ft.
Q. Is a truck roll required to install?
The eero System from REV is designed as a self-install product. Customers can call the REV support desk if they experience any issues with installation.
Q. Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A $100 security deposit is required.
Q. Who can get the eero Mesh System from REV?
Any REV Broadband of FTTH customer can get an eero Mesh System from REV. Customers can visit any one of the ALIV or REV stores to pick up their system.
Q. What if a customer has a TG1682 Modem/Wi-FI combo?
The customer can keep both routers open; however, in some cases, the customer may contact the customer support team to assist in "bridging" their modem.
Q. What mesh technology does eero use?
eero uses TrueMesh technology. TrueMesh ensures every eero connects wirelessly to every other eero in range, on both the 2.4 GHz and the 5GHz wifi bands. This creates a dense network of connections and many possible paths for traffic to flow. So when wireless interference from the neighbor's baby monitor, heavy gaming traffic in the family room, or someone closes a metal door in the kitchen, your network is less likely to come to a crawl.
