General Instructions & Safety Warnings
⚠️ WARNING: DO NOT allow inflammable liquids, water, or metal objects into the unit. If liquid is spilled, disconnect power immediately. STOP using the unit for serious problems and contact your dealer. DO NOT open the unit; no user-serviceable parts inside. NEVER attempt self-repair.
⚠️ CAUTION: Check for damage after unpacking. Do not use if in doubt. Keep packaging away from children. For adult use only. Panel Description
Front View
The front panel features:
- Scanner Buttons (1-12): Control 12 scanners, each with 16 DMX channels and fader control. LEDs indicate status.
- Scene Buttons: Load or store up to 240 programmable scenes.
- Faders (8): Control intensity for channels 1-8 or 9-16 depending on the selected page.
- Page Select Button: Switches between Page A (channels 1-8) and Page B (channels 9-16).
- Fog Machine Button: Activates fog machine.
- Speed Slider: Adjusts chase speed (0.1 sec to 10 min).
- Fade Time Slider: Adjusts transition time between scenes (0 sec to 30 sec).

Operation Guide (Summary)
The DMX Master Pro USB allows programming of scenes, chases, and programs. Key operations include:
- Programming Scenes: Enter Program mode, select scanner, adjust faders/jog wheels, set DMX channels (Page A/B), tap [MIDI/Rec] to store, select bank, tap scene button.
- Scene Editing: Program enable, select bank, select scene, make adjustments with faders/jog wheels, tap [MIDI/Rec], tap scene button to overwrite.

- Channel Assign/Reverse: Use [Mode] and [Fine] buttons to switch between assign and reverse modes. Select scanner, set 8/16 channel mode, select page (A/B), and assign/reverse channels.

Safety & Installation
General Precautions: Follow basic safety rules to avoid electrical shock, damage, fire, or other hazards. Use correct voltage. Inspect power cords. Do not place cords near heat sources or where they can be damaged. Unplug when not in use or during storms. Handle plugs carefully. Ensure adequate distance between AC adapter and device. Do not cover adapter. Use high-quality batteries, do not mix types, do not recharge non-rechargeables, observe polarity, do not short circuit, open, or incinerate batteries. Children should not handle batteries. Remove batteries for long-term storage. Dispose of batteries as special waste.
Location: Ensure AC outlet is accessible. Do not expose to excessive dust, vibration, extreme temperatures, or direct sunlight. Do not place in unstable positions. Do not block vents; ensure adequate ventilation to prevent overheating. Do not use near TVs, radios, or other electronic devices to avoid interference.
Connections & Handling: Turn off power for all devices before connecting. Set volume to minimum before turning power on/off. Avoid prolonged use at high volumes. Do not rest weight on the device, place heavy objects on it, or use excessive force on controls.
Do not open: The device contains no user-serviceable parts. Discontinue use and seek qualified service if malfunctioning.
Water Warning: Do not expose to rain, use near water, or in damp conditions. Never handle plugs with wet hands.
If abnormality noticed: If cord/plug is frayed/damaged, or if unusual smells/smoke appear, immediately turn off power, disconnect plug, and have device inspected.
Installation: Designed for floor or overhead rigging. Follow safety instructions (EN 60598-2-17, national standards). Overhead rigging requires authorized and experienced personnel. Use safety bonds and quick links compliant with DIN 56927, shackles with DIN EN 1677-1, and BGV C1 carbines. Installation must withstand 10x weight for 1 hour. Maximum drop distance 20 cm.
