• Prevent water from entering the headset to avoid damage or reduced sound quality.
• Avoid setting the volume so high that ambient sounds are not audible. If you experience tinnitus or high volume, reduce it.
• Stop using the headset if you experience discomfort, irritation, or other adverse reactions.
• Do not store or use the headset at temperatures below -10°C or above 40°C, as this may shorten battery life.

Device Layout

The headset components are as follows:

Power On & Pairing

When removed from the charging case, the headphones turn on automatically. The power-on status is indicated by a white LED on the earbuds for 2 seconds. If the earbuds are charged below 30% capacity, the power-on status is indicated by an orange LED.

Bluetooth Connection Steps

1. Keep your headset and mobile phone as close as possible, within 1 meter.
2. Turn on the "Bluetooth" function on your phone or other device, then search for and select "GOGTWSBAR02".
3. Clicking on "GOGTWSBAR02" will automatically connect the headset to your phone or device. In some cases, a passcode may be required (e.g., "0000").
4. After successful pairing, no LED lights will be illuminated.

Reset

If pairing fails or the headphones exhibit abnormal behavior, perform a reset:

Remove the earbuds from the charging case and unpair them from your mobile device. Press and hold the touch control area on both the left and right earbuds for 5 seconds. After a successful restart, the white and orange LEDs on each earbud will flash 3 times.

Charging

Charging the Headset

Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. The indicator light in the charging case glows orange while charging and turns off automatically when fully charged.

Charging the Charging Base

Connect the USB cable to the charging case. The LED indicator on the case lights up white during charging and glows solid white when fully charged.

Warnings:

• Use a qualified charger from a reputable manufacturer (Charging Voltage: 5V, Charging Current: 400mA for the charging case).
• A fully charged headset will lose power automatically if left unused. It is recommended to charge the headset every three months.
• Do not expose the headset to extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 40°C), as this may affect performance and battery life.
• Wear the headset properly for optimal sound quality. Do not disassemble the hardware. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
• Ensure the headset is fully charged before first use.
• This headset is not waterproof. Do not use while swimming or diving.
• If not using the headset for an extended period, charge it once a week to prolong battery life.
• Keep your headset and device close to each other to avoid signal interference.

Warranty

The product is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material defects and workmanship. The 24-month guarantee does not cover reduced battery capacity due to normal use or aging. Battery capacity decreases gradually with use.
