This document provides instructions for the GoGEN TWS BRO wireless stereo headphones. Please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

Safety Precautions

WARNING:

• Adjust volume carefully to prevent hearing damage.
• Discontinue use in potentially hazardous situations for your safety.
• Avoid using the headphones for music or calls while driving, as it may cause distraction.
• Keep the product and accessories out of reach of children to prevent fatal danger from misuse.
• Prevent water from entering the headphones to avoid damage to sound quality or the device.
• Do not set volume so high that you cannot hear your surroundings. If you experience tinnitus or high volume, reduce it.
• Stop using the headphones if you feel discomfort, irritation, or other adverse reactions.
• Do not store or use the headphones at temperatures below -10°C or above 40°C (104°F), as this may shorten battery life.

Important Notes:

• For optimal sound quality, wear the headphones correctly.
• Do not disassemble the device. Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
• Ensure the headphones are fully charged before first use.
• The headphones are not waterproof. Do not use them while swimming or diving.
• If not using the headphones for an extended period, charge them weekly to extend battery life.
• Keep your headphones and connected device close to each other to avoid signal interference.

Device Layout

The device consists of two earbuds and a charging case. Each earbud features:

• 1) LED Light: Indicates charging and pairing status.
• 2) Touch Control Area: For managing playback and calls.
• The charging case has a3) Charging Case Battery Indicator.

Power On & Pairing

Option 1: Automatic Power On & Pairing

Open the charging case lid. Take out both earbuds. Wait approximately 5 seconds for the left and right earbuds to pair automatically. The LED on the right earbud will flash white and orange alternately.

Option 2: Manual Power On & Pairing

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Press and hold the touch control on both earbuds for 2 seconds until they turn off.
3. After a short pause (approx. 5 seconds), press and hold the touch control on both earbuds for 3-5 seconds to turn them on and enter pairing mode.
4. The LED lights on the right earbud will flash white and orange alternately upon successful pairing.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Keep your headphones and mobile phone as close as possible, within 1 meter (3 ft).
2. On your phone or device, turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "GOGTWSBRO" from the list. The headphones will connect automatically.
4. If prompted, enter the passcode "0000" (four zeros).

Control your headphones using the touch-sensitive areas:

Charging

Charging the Headset:

Place the earbuds (L/R) into their respective positions in the charging case and close the lid securely. The earbud indicator light will glow orange while charging and turn off automatically when fully charged.

Charging the Charging Base:

Use the provided USB charging cable to charge the case. The charging base indicator light will flash white while charging and remain solid white when fully charged.

Warranty, Safety & Disposal

Warranty:

This product is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material defects and workmanship. The 24-month guarantee does not cover the decrease in battery capacity due to normal use or age.

The manufacturer reserves the right to change technical specifications without prior notice.

Safety Warnings:

• Use only a qualified charger (5V, 900mA for the charging case).
• A fully charged headset will lose power automatically if left unused. Recharge every three months.
• Avoid extreme temperatures (-10°C to +40°C) which can affect performance and battery life.
• This headset is not waterproof. Do not use while swimming or diving.
