Charging and Active Use

A: Charging the Device

Connect the BW1847 charging cable to a 5V-1A adapter and plug it in. Charging takes 2-3 hours.

B: Magnetic Charging

Align the magnetic suction tube with the metal plate on the bottom of the device's outer shell. The magnet will automatically attach to the positive and negative poles to charge the device. Ensure the charging contacts are clean and free from dirt and debris.

Note: If the device is not used for a long time, the battery may enter a 0 voltage protection state. Charge the device for at least 15 minutes to start the watch. It is recommended to charge the device once a month and keep it fully charged when not in use.

APP Download

1. Search "FitCloudPro" in the APP store.
2. Scan the QR code to download.

Device Controls:

• Long press 5 seconds: Turn on/off
• Short press: Back, Menu
• Close Screen

How to customize your watch face?

Long-press the current watch face to enter the watch face settings. The smartwatch comes with pre-installed watch faces and allows downloading additional ones from the watch face app market.

Limitations of Customization: Only one custom watch face can be saved at a time. Downloading or customizing a new watch face will replace the previously saved one.

Bluetooth Connection

⚠️ Please turn on your mobile phone's Bluetooth first.

Step 1: Pairing the Device

Open the "FitCloudPro" APP, navigate to "OK, Allow" -> "Device" -> "Add peripheral Now" -> "Search Now" and find "K-57".

Step 2: Connecting Bluetooth Call Function

⚠️ Note: Music playback and answering calls are only possible after this connection.

Swipe down on the standby screen of the watch. Tap the "Audio Bluetooth Call" icon to enter the "Audio Bluetooth settings" screen.

Turn on the call audio and media audio switches.

• If you do not want your watch to play audio for calls, you can turn off this function. This is useful in noisy environments or for privacy. Disabling the function manually turns off Bluetooth call and Bluetooth play.
• Note: Every time the watch is turned off/restarted or reset to factory settings, the call function will be turned off by default.
• If the wristband is too far from your phone for over 2 minutes, it will automatically disconnect to save battery life. Reconnect manually via Bluetooth.
• To switch back to the watch when answering or making a call on your mobile phone, manually select the bracelet (K-57) on your phone.

Why is the weather forecast inaccurate?

After connecting your phone and watch via Bluetooth, the weather forecast may not be accurate. Open the weather reports button in the "FitCloudPro" app for an accurate local weather forecast.

Why the watch can't receive message notifications?

Ensure mobile phone Bluetooth is on, the FitCloudPro APP is running, and the bracelet is connected to the mobile phone Bluetooth.

Note: Smartwatches do not push messages when the phone is in use, unlocked, or when software like WhatsApp, SMS, or Facebook is logged in on a computer. This is to save power and avoid interruptions.

To ensure message notifications are received, turn on message push in FitCloudPro settings and ensure notifications are visible on your mobile phone's notification bar. Unused apps on Android phones may be cleaned up in the background, causing the watch to disconnect and stop receiving notifications.

App Settings for Specific Brands

• XIAOMI: Setting -> Apps -> Permissions -> Autostart -> Open FitCloudPro
• HUAWEI: Setting -> Apps & Services -> App Launch -> Open FitCloudPro
• SAMSUNG: "Smart Manager" -> "Auto-Run Application" -> "Auto-Start Application" setting interface -> Open the auto-start setting program.

Important Notes:

1. If exercise, sleep, or heart rate data is not synchronized to the APP, try disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth.
2. The watch should be unbound from the current account before binding another account.
3. If the watch is not working or has a bug, try resetting the watch or reinstalling the APP.

Sensors and Physiological Indicators

The watches use various sensors and algorithms to monitor users' physiological indicators, including heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, sleep, calories, and steps.

The functions are simulated by AI software to provide users with information about their health status.
