Snow Joe, LLC is dedicated to providing a positive customer experience. This document outlines the Limited Warranty for Snow Joe®, Sun Joe®, and Aqua Joe® products.

Our Warranty

Snow Joe warrants new, genuine products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ordinary household use for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser. This warranty applies to products purchased from Snow Joe or authorized sellers with proof of purchase. It does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or cosmetic changes that do not affect performance. Wearable parts such as belts, augers, chains, and tines are not covered by this warranty. If a product or part is defective, Snow Joe will, at its discretion, provide a free replacement part, replace the product with a new or comparable product at no charge, or repair the product. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and additional rights may vary by state.

Product Registration

Snow Joe strongly encourages product registration. Registration can be completed online at snowjoe.com/register, by mail, by calling Customer Service at 1-866-SNOWJOE (1-866-766-9563), or by emailing help@snowjoe.com. Registration does not affect warranty rights but helps Snow Joe provide better customer service.

Who Can Seek Limited Warranty Coverage

This Warranty is extended by Snow Joe to the original purchaser and original owner of the Product.

What Is Not Covered?

This Warranty does not apply to products used commercially, for non-household or rental applications, or purchased from unauthorized sellers. It also does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, nor wearable parts like belts, augers, chains, and tines. These parts can be purchased separately at snowjoe.com or by calling 1-866-SNOWJOE.
