Assembling the Roof Rake + Adjusting the Handle
- Remove the shipping cap from the top of the pole. Retain for storage.
- Unscrew the handle knob and extend the pole to expose the small holes.
- Depress the small buttons at the end of the handle so that you can insert the handle into the roof rake head.
- Using the hex key wrench, screw the metal braces to the roof rake head with the two short hex screws.
- Affix the metal braces to the pole by threading the long hex screw through the metal braces and the pole. Secure the screw with the locking nut using the open end wrench.
- Lengthen the telescopic pole by rotating the handle knob clockwise and extending the pole to the desired length. Secure in position by twisting the knob counterclockwise.

This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers. If your product does not work or has an issue with a specific part covered by this warranty, Snow Joe will elect to either (1) send a free replacement part, (2) replace the product with a new or comparable product at no charge, or (3) repair the product.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Product Registration:
Snow Joe strongly encourages product registration. Register online at snowjoe.com/register, by mail, or by calling Customer Service at 1-866-SNOWJOE (1-866-766-9563). Failure to register will not diminish your warranty rights, but registration helps Snow Joe serve you better.
Who Can Seek Limited Warranty Coverage:
This Warranty is extended by Snow Joe to the original purchaser and original owner of the Product.
What Is Not Covered?
This Warranty does not apply if the Product has been used commercially, for non-household or rental applications, or purchased from an unauthorized seller. Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance are not covered. Wearing parts like belts, augers, chains, and tines are not covered and can be purchased at snowjoe.com or by calling 1-866-SNOWJOE (1-866-766-9563).
