Important Safety Information

- Do not use this apparatus near water.

Mains Supply
The mains operating voltage of the Audiolab DC BLOCK is shown on the rear panel. If this voltage does not match the mains voltage in your area, consult your Audiolab dealer about converting the unit.
The mains supply fuse on the rear panel is accessible when the IEC mains plug has been removed. In the rare event that it has broken, check for any obvious cause before replacing the fuse with one of the correct rating and type.
The fuse values are: 100-240V T4AL Slow Blow.

Unpacking
Unpack the product fully. The carton should contain:
- The audiolab DC BLOCK
- One IEC mains power cord suitable for your area
- One IEC C14 to C13 jumper cord
If an item is missing or damaged, report this to your dealer as soon as possible. Retain the packing for safe transport. Dispose of packing according to local recycling regulations.
Connection
Make sure the ON/OFF switch on the unit you are going to use is switched off before performing the operations below.
- Connect the supplied jumper cord from the output of DC BLOCK to the unit you are going to use (e.g., audiolab power amplifier).
- Connect the supplied mains power cord from the input of DC BLOCK to the AC supply outlet.
Diagrams illustrate the unit's connections. The rear panel shows input and output IEC connectors, along with other ports. Connection (1) refers to the mains power cord input, and connection (2) refers to the jumper cord output.

Note
The DC BLOCK is designed for audio equipment with variable power requirements up to maximum peak load, and should not feed any permanent high power loads such as heaters or similar.
Warranty
Terms and Conditions
Audiolab Ltd. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, Audiolab will repair or replace (at its option) the product or any defective part if found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship, or function. The warranty period may vary by country.
The warranty starts on the date of purchase (or delivery, if later). Proof of purchase/delivery is required for service; otherwise, work will be chargeable. All work will be performed by Audiolab or its authorized agents/distributors. Unauthorized repair or modification will void the warranty. If a part is unavailable, it will be replaced with a functional equivalent. Replaced parts become Audiolab property. Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period. This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase, applies only to the first purchaser, and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
The following are not covered:
- Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers.
- Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage.
- Transportation or installation of the product.
- Accidental damage, faults caused by commercial use, acts of God, incorrect installation, connection, or packing, misuse, neglect, or careless operation not in accordance with user instructions.
- Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Audiolab or its authorized agents/distributors.
- Products not purchased from an Audiolab authorized dealer.
- Products that were not new at the time of original purchase.
- Products sold 'as is', 'as seen', or 'with all faults'.
Repairs or replacements are the exclusive remedy. Audiolab shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a practical purpose. This warranty provides benefits additional to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
Some countries and U.S. states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties, so the exclusions above may not apply to you. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have other statutory rights varying by location.
How to Claim
To obtain warranty service, contact the Audiolab authorized dealer from whom you purchased this product. Do not dispatch goods without prior agreement from the dealer, Audiolab, or their authorized distributors.

If asked to return products for inspection and/or repair, pack carefully, preferably in the original cartons or packing affording an equal degree of protection, and return prepaid. If unsuitable packaging is used, Audiolab may charge for new packaging. Insurance is recommended, and goods are returned at the owner's risk. Audiolab or their authorized distributors cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit.
