For secure fixing of pipes to trapezoidal metal sheet ceilings in stationary sprinkler systems.
Product Overview
The Toggle Plug KDS is a completely pre-assembled fixing element designed for use on trapezoidal metal ceilings. It is suitable for attaching pipelines, mounting channels, ventilation ducts, power lines, and lighting systems.
For sprinkler pipelines, it is compatible with trapezoidal metal sheets for pipe sizes ranging from 3/4 to 1 1/2 inches according to FM standards, and up to DN 50 (2 inches) according to VdS standards.
The permissible tensile load per fastening point is 0.8 kN for sprinkler lines on trapezoidal sheets and 1.0 kN for other fastenings.
It is intended for use in dry interior areas.
