Assembly Instructions
- Attach Leg Frames: Connect the long leg frames (Part 2) and short leg frames (Part 3) to the main board frame. Use M6 x 20 screws (Part 5) along with Ø 6.4 washers (Part 6) for these primary connections, as indicated in the diagrams.
- Mount Wheels: Attach the wheel assemblies (Part 12) to the lower ends of the leg frames. Secure them using the M5 x 35 screws (Part 10).
- Secure Board and Pivots: Mount the main board panel (Part 1) onto the leg assembly. Utilize the threaded rods (Part 7) and PC washers (Part 9) to create pivot points and secure the board. The M5 x 10 screws (Part 8) and the remaining small connecting pieces (Parts 11, 13) are used at various points to ensure stability and proper alignment of the board and frame.
- Enable Folding: The design incorporates a folding mechanism. Ensure all connections allow for the board to be positioned upright or folded flat for storage and transport.
- Final Tightening: Use the provided wrench (Part 14) ? to ensure all screws are securely tightened, completing the assembly.
