Safety regulations · This appliance is intended for commercial use only. · The appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and designed.
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use. · Keep the appliance and electrical parts away from water and any other liquids. In the event that the appliance should fall into water, immediately switch off the RCD, disconnect the electrical power connection and do not use until the appliance has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow these instructions could cause a risk to lives. · Never attempt to open the casing of the appliance yourself. · Do not insert any objects in the casing of the appliance. · Do not touch the electrical power connection with wet or damp hands. · Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of malfunctions, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only. · Never use a damaged appliance! Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet and contact the retailer if it is damaged. · Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids. Special Safety Regulations · Use the appliance only as described in this manual. · This appliance should be operated by trained personnel. · Caution! Danger of burns! The temperature of the heating surface and other acces-
sible surface is very high during use. Touch the control panel only. · Caution! This appliance will emit non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation. · An equipotential bonding terminal is provided at the rear side of the appliance to
allow cross bonding with other equipment. · Do not place the appliance near objects that may be affected by a magnetic field TVs,
radios, bank cards and credit cards. · Do not place the appliance on a heating object (gas, electric, charcoal cooker, etc.) Keep
the appliance away from any hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface. · Make sure the appliance is not placed near water vapour or greasy vapours. The fan inEN side of the appliance will take in these vapours and this will cause grease or moisture to accumulate in the appliance which may result in a short-circuit in the appliance. · This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system. · Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the heating plate since they can get hot. · WARNING: Keep all ventilation openings in the appliance clear of obstruction. · WARNING: If the heating surface is cracked or damaged, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock. · Allow at least 20 cm spacing around the appliance for ventilation purpose during use. · Do not use hard utensils to hit the heating plate surface. Do not use water jet, flush directly with water or steam cleaner as the parts will get wet and electric shock might be resulted. · Take care when operating the appliance, as rings, watches and similar objects worn by the user could get hot when in close proximity to the heating surface. · Caution! Securely route the power cord if necessary in order to prevent unintentional pulling or contact with the heating surface. · Do not wash the appliance with water. Washing can cause leakages and increase the risk of electric shock. · Do not clean or store the appliance unless it is completely cooled down. · Do not place empty cookware on the appliance during operation as this may damage the cookware.

· The power supply lines should be connected to the electrical power supply system by authorized technician.

Intended use · This appliance is intended for professional use. · The appliance is designed only for cooking a vari-
ety of food via heating the suitable cookware. Any other use may lead to damage to the appliance or personal injury.

· Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed as a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation This appliance is classified as protection class I appliance and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric

current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire. The wires must be connected to the electrical power source that is properly installed and grounded.

Preparations before using for the first time · Remove all protective packaging and wrapping. · Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged.
In case of incomplete delivery and damages. Please contact supplier (See ==> Warranty). · Clean the appliance before use (See ==> Cleaning and Maintenance). · Make sure the appliance is completely dry. · Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resist surface that is safe against water splashes.

· Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. Keep a minimum distance of 15cm around the appliance bottom of cookware
· Do not place the appliance in close proximity to devices which are sensitive to disturbances by magnetic sources (e.g. radios, tape decks).
Note: Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit a slight odor in the first few cycles. This is normal and does not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is well ventilated.

Operation · Select the front or rear hob that you want to use.
Place a suitable cooking equipment at the centre of the heating surface. (front or rear hob) (See --> Suitable cooking equipment). Note: Do not place empty cookware as this may damage the cookware. · Then, connect the internal wires of the power supply cord to a suitable electrical supply. (See --> Power supply line connection). · Switch on the electrical power supply system. · "- - - -" will be shown on the display (2) and (3) and the appliance is in STANDBY mode. · After that, you can start to operate by turning the knob (1) or (4) in clockwise direction depend on which of the hob that you use (Front or rear hob). · Power that you select will be shown instantly on the display (2) or (3). · Now, the appliance starts cooking operation. The set power will be shown on the display (2) or (3) during operation accordingly.

· After cooking finished, you can turn the appliance to STANDBY mode by turning the knob (1) or (4) to "0" position and "- - - -" is shown on the display (2) or (3) respectively.
Note: 1). After an extended period of operation, it is nor-
mal for the cooling fan inside to continue running in STANDBY mode for some time. Before unplug the appliance, wait until the cooling fan stops running. 2). The appliance's surface is still hot even after switch to STANDBY mode. Please wait the appliance completely cool down before touching or cleaning. 3). Max power setting is 5000W for front hob and 3500W for rear hob respectively. When set the front hob to 5000W, the max power of the rear hob will then change to 2000W. 4). If no cookware is placed on the heating surface during operation, it will switch off automatically within 1 minute and beep sound will be heard.

Bedienung · Wählen Sie das Kochfeld (vorderes oder hinteres),
das Sie verwenden wollen. Stellen Sie ein geeignetes Kochgeschirr auf die Mitte der Heizfläche des Geräts auf (vorderes oder hinteres Kochfeld). (Siehe ---> Geeignetes Kochzubehör). Hinweis: Stellen Sie kein leeres Kochgeschirr auf das Gerät auf, um dieses nicht zu beschädigen. · Schließen Sie dann die internen Leiter des Stromkabels an eine entsprechende Netzsteckdose an. (Siehe ---> Stromversorgung). · Falls notwendig, schalten Sie das System der Stromversorgung ein. · Im Display (2) und (3) wird die Information ,,- - -" angezeigt - das Gerät befindet sich im Standby-Modus. · Um den Kochprozess zu starten, drehen Sie den Drehknopf (1) oder (4) - in Abhängigkeit davon, welches Kochfeld (vorderes oder hinteres) Sie verwenden wollen, und zwar im Uhrzeigersinn. · Im Display (2) oder (3) wird der gewählte Leistungswert angezeigt. · Das Gerät beginnt sich zu erwärmen. Die gewählte Leistung wird während des Kochens im Display (2) oder (3) sichtbar sein.

· Nach Beendigung des Kochens können Sie das DE Gerät in den Standby-Modus umschalten, indem Sie den Drehknopf (1) oder (4) auf ,,0" drehen im Display (2) oder (3) erscheint die Information ,,- - - -".
Hinweis: 1). Bei einer längeren Betriebsdauer ist es normal,
dass der Lüfter im Gerät nach dem Umschalten in den Standby-Modus noch läuft. Bevor das Gerät aus der Steckdose gezogen wird, warten Sie auf, bis der Lüfter nicht mehr läuft. 2). Die Heizfläche des Geräts ist auch nach dem Umschalten in den Standby-Modus noch heiß. Vor der Berührung oder Reinigung des Geräts muss man abwarten, bis es völlig abgekühlt ist. 3). Der maximale Leistungswert beträgt 5000 W für das vordere Kochfeld und 3500 W für das hintere Kochfeld. Wenn Sie das vordere Kochfeld auf 5000 W einstellen, sinkt die maximale Leistung des hinteren Kochfelds auf 2000 W. 4). Wenn nach dem Einschalten des Geräts kein Kochgeschirr auf die Heizfläche gestellt wird, wird der Induktionskocher automatisch innerhalb von einer Minute ausgeschaltet und er emittiert einen Signalton.

· Let op! Plaats het netsnoer indien nodig op een veilige manier om te voorkomen dat het netsnoer in contact kan komen met het verwarmingsoppervlak en dat er per ongeluk aan het netsnoer kan worden getrokken.
· Was het apparaat niet met water. Wassen kan lekkages veroorzaken en het risico op elektrische schokken verhogen.
· Reinig of berg het apparaat niet op tenzij het volledig is afgekoeld. · Plaats geen lege pannen op het apparaat tijdens gebruik, omdat dit tot schade aan de
pannen kan leiden. Gebruik alleen pannen en kookgerei van het aanbevolen type en grootte. (Zie ---> Geschikte pannen). · De voedingskabels moeten door een bevoegde monteur worden aangesloten op het elektrische lichtnet.

· Het apparaat is bestemd voor professioneel gebruik.
· Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bestemd voor het koken van een verscheidenheid aan voedsel door het verwarmen van kookgerei. Elk ander gebruik kan leiden tot schade aan het apparaat of licha-

· Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt beschouwd als verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is volledig aansprakelijk voor alle risico's die voortvloeien uit verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat.

Installatie met aarding Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermingsklasse I en moet worden aangesloten op een aansluiting met aarde. Aarding verlaagt de kans op elektrische schokken doordat elektrische stroom via een ontsnappingsdraad kan weglopen. Dit ap-

Voorbereidingen voor het eerste gebruik · Verwijder alle verpakkingsmaterialen. · Controleer of het apparaat niet is beschadigd.
Neem in geval van schade of een onvolledige levering contact op met uw leverancier (Zie ==> Garantie). · Reinig het apparaat vóór gebruik (Zie ==> Reiniging en onderhoud). · Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat volledig droog is. · Plaats het apparaat op een horizontaal, stabiel en hittebestendig oppervlak dat bestand is tegen waterspatten.

Bediening · Selecteer de kookplaat die u wilt gebruiken (voorNL ste of achterste). Plaats een geschikte pan in het
midden van het verwarmingsoppervlak. (voorste of achterste kookplaat) (Zie --> Geschikte pannen). Opmerking: Plaats geen lege pannen op het apparaat, omdat dit de pannen kan beschadigen. · Sluit daarna de interne draden van het netsnoer aan op een geschikte elektrische voeding. (Zie --> Aansluiting voedingsleiding). · Schakel het elektrische voedingssysteem in. · "- - - -" wordt getoond op het display (2) en (3) en het apparaat staat in de STANDBY-modus. · Daarna kunt u het apparaat gebruiken door draaiknop (1) of (4) met de klok mee te draaien, afhankelijk van de kookplaat die u wilt gebruiken (voorste of achterste kookplaat). · Het geselecteerde vermogen wordt direct getoond op display (2) of (3). · Het apparaat start nu het kookproces. Het ingestelde vermogen wordt tijdens het gebruik getoond op het bijbehorende display (2) of (3). · Nadat het kookproces is voltooid, kunt u het apparaat in de STANDBY-modus zetten door draaiknop (1) of (4) in de stand "0" te zetten, de tekens "- - - -" verschijnen nu op respectievelijk display (2) of (3).

Opmerking: 1). Nadat het apparaat voor een langere tijd is ge-
bruikt, is het normaal dat de koelventilator in het apparaat in de STANDBY-modus een tijdje blijft draaien. Wacht tot de koelventilator stopt met draaien voordat u de stekker uit het stopcontact trekt. 2). Het oppervlak van het apparaat blijft, zelfs na het overschakelen naar de STANDBY-modus, nog een tijdje heet. Wacht tot het apparaat volledig is afgekoeld alvorens het aan te raken of te reinigen. 3). De maximale vermogensinstelling is 5000W voor de voorste kookplaat en 3500W voor de achterste kookplaat. Als de voorste kookplaat wordt ingesteld op 5000W, dan wordt het maximale vermogen voor de achterste kookplaat 2000W. 4). Als er tijdens gebruik geen pan op het verwarmingsoppervlak is geplaatst, schakelt het apparaat automatisch binnen 1 minuut uit en klinkt er een pieptoon.

Attention : 1). Après une longue période de fonctionnement
le ventilateur à l'intérieur de l'appareil tourne FR pendant un certain temps après le passage en mode veille, ce qui est tout à fait normal.
