  • Handle the monitor with care when moving it.
  • Use only the mounting, stand, or installation method recommended by the monitor manufacturer.
  • Use furniture that can safely support the monitor.
  • Ensure the monitor is not suspended from the edge of the supporting furniture.
  • Do not place the monitor where children may have access to it.
  • Inform children about the dangers of climbing furniture and touching the monitor or related equipment.
  • When routing cables, ensure they do not create tripping hazards or get caught.
  • Handle the monitor back cover with care. This monitor contains high-voltage components.
  • Do not use this equipment near water. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the unit to moisture.
  • Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or other heat sources. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat regulators, stoves, or other appliances that may increase the unit's temperature (including amplifiers).
  • Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. If still not clean, refer to the 'Maintenance' section for further instructions.
  • Do not touch the screen, as skin oils can be difficult to remove.
  • Do not rub or press on the monitor panel, as this may cause irreparable damage to the screen.

  • Protect the power cord's plug, socket, and other connection points from being stepped on or crushed by objects. Ensure the power outlet is easily accessible for convenient use.
  • Use only manufacturer-specified connectors/accessories.
  • Only use carts, stands, tripods, brackets, or tables recommended by the manufacturer or sold with this device. When moving the device and cart combination, exercise extreme caution to avoid injury from tipping.
  • Unplug the power cord when the unit is not in use for an extended period.
  • If the unit is damaged (e.g., power cord or plug is damaged, liquid spilled on it, object dropped on it, exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped), it requires servicing by qualified personnel.
  • When using headphones/earphones, adjust the volume to a suitable level to prevent hearing damage.
  • Stability Hazard: The monitor may fall, causing serious personal injury or death. To prevent personal injury, the monitor must be securely attached to the floor/wall according to the installation instructions.

When the included power adapter is connected to the monitor, the monitor can power your connected laptop or phone.

Note: Power output: DC 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V/Maximum 3A.

Power Detection

The product automatically detects the power source as an adapter, laptop, or phone.

  • If the power source is an adapter or laptop, the default brightness is 100.
  • If the power source is a phone, the default brightness is 15.
  • When using a phone to power the monitor, the default brightness level is 15.

Note: Due to limited power output from phones, do not increase the brightness level, as this may cause the display to flicker or turn off.

Power Supply - Supplementary Information

Due to the monitor's design, please note the following when using it:

  • The first device connected will serve as the primary input signal source.
  • When the Type C port recognizes an external device as a power adapter, that port can only supply power and cannot display an input signal.
  • The other port can provide bidirectional power only if one Type C port recognizes a power adapter.
  • If you connect a laptop first and then a phone, the monitor will not charge the phone's battery because neither Type C port recognizes a power adapter.
  • Note: To display the phone screen, you must disconnect the Type C cable currently connected to the laptop.

  • If you connect a phone first and then a laptop, the monitor will charge the phone's battery because one Type C port recognizes a power adapter.
  • Note: To display the laptop screen, you must disconnect the Type C cable currently connected to the phone.

  • Due to the monitor's design, do not connect two laptops simultaneously, or one laptop and one desktop computer. This may cause power distribution conflicts, leading to screen flickering or forced shutdown of the laptop.
  • Notes:

    • If your laptop has a Type C port, connect it to the monitor via the Type C port.
    • Simultaneously, do not connect other Type C ports on the monitor to other laptops or desktop computers using Type A and HDMI connections.
    • If your laptop only has HDMI and Type A ports, connect the laptop to the monitor using HDMI and a Type A to Type C cable.
    • If your laptop's Type A port has a power output of 10W or less, use our power adapter to connect the laptop to the monitor.
    • Simultaneously, do not connect other Type C ports on the monitor to another laptop or desktop computer.
