Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Attach the base frame components using screws (4xM). Ensure the frame is level using a spirit level.
- Step 2: Assemble the main body structure. Attach side panels using screws (2xM) and specific components (DET 2, W, Y, Z, X).
- Step 3: Continue assembling the main body, securing the curved wooden elements (3a, 3b) with screws (16xM).
- Step 4: Drill pilot holes (Ø10 mm) for specific components (DET 2) before proceeding with further assembly.
- Step 5: Attach the front and back wall components (4a, 4b, 4e, 4f) using screws (3xI). Assembly instructions for glass walls are on a separate page.
- Step 6: Erect the sauna walls. Use screws (4xH) for attachment. Maintain a 7mm gap between the thermowood boards if applicable.
- Step 7: Secure the main body structure using screws (16xH). Ensure a 7mm gap is maintained between boards for thermowood.
- Step 8: Apply wood glue between boards as indicated. Use components DET 6a and DET 6b, securing with screws (4xH(M)).
- Step 9: Attach brackets (DET B1, DET B) for structural support. Use oil on threaded rods during assembly and retightening to prevent cold welding.
- Step 10: Remove temporary brackets. Follow guidelines for any cutting required for specific fitments.
- Step 11: Install internal components using screws (3xK, 2xJ, 2xDET F, 1xDET G, 1xDET F). Assembly instructions for glass walls are on a separate page.
- Step 12: Install internal benches and supports using components DET 8, DET 9, DET 10, DET 11, DET 12, and DET 13.
- Step 13: Attach the door frame and door using components DET 14, DET 14a, DET 14b, DET 14c, DET 14d, screws (4xM, 8xH, 14xJ). Ensure the door is placed from the inside and use a water level for installation.
- Step 14: Install additional components using screws (7xK, 3xH, 1xDET 19, 1xDET 18, 1xDET 20, 1xDET 17, 2xDET 21).
- Step 15: Attach roofing elements (DET N, DET O) using screws (L) and a hammer. Ensure proper alignment and cutting of roofing material.
- Step 16: Secure the roofing and clapboard assembly using screws (8xH).
- Step 17: Final assembly of roofing and clapboard, ensuring correct placement and attachment.
- Step 18: Attach the final roofing and clapboard sections using screws (7x DET 23) and (14x H). Remove any temporary brackets (DET A).
