Important Information Before Installation

Read and understand the instruction manual before starting installation.

Polhus products are manufactured using premium quality timber. Strict selection processes ensure that all timber is cut and planed to the correct specifications. However, wood is a natural material and will experience changes in both appearance and composition throughout its life cycle.

This means that it may develop openings in the wood structure following the grain, including gaps, apertures, cracks, and splits. These gaps are expected during drier and wetter seasons. This is not a cause for concern and will not affect the structural integrity or the product's guarantee.

Always remember:

Pre-drill the indicated holes.
Unpacking and assembly should be done by at least two people to avoid accidents.
Wear gloves and safety glasses.

Assembly Steps

The following diagrams illustrate the assembly process. Please follow each step carefully.

Step A1: Mounting Supports

Attach the support pieces (W1, W2, W3) to the wall using screws. Ensure they are level and securely fastened.

Step A2: Assembling the Bench Structure

Assemble the main bench structure using the provided wooden parts (W4, W5, W6, W8). Follow the diagram to connect the pieces securely.

Step A3: Attaching Backrest Supports

Attach the backrest support pieces (W7) to the assembled bench structure.

Step A4: Finalizing the Backrest

Complete the backrest by attaching the remaining backrest support pieces (W7).
