Operators must wear specified personal protective equipment.
Safety Instruction
Always wear a helmet and protective gear (elbow, knee, wrist protectors) for personal safety. Read the manual carefully to ensure safe and enjoyable riding. Comply with all local regulations. Ride safely, at a speed that allows for prompt braking, and be considerate of others. If lending the scooter, ensure the user has protective gear and knows how to ride it. Before riding, check all parts for proper function. Contact your retailer for service if any issues are detected; do not attempt self-repair. Inspect rear tire, brake, and pad regularly. Avoid excessive force on the rear fender. Avoid constant braking, as it wears tires and heats the motor. If unusual noises or vibrations occur, a bearing may be damaged; contact your retailer. Ride only on dry surfaces. Do not ride on long or steep slopes. Stop riding upon receiving a "Low Battery Warning" and use the rear brake. Do not use the electric brake and throttle simultaneously. Contact customer service for any operational issues.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal performance.
- Battery Maintenance: Charge at regular intervals, even when not in use, to prevent damage from low voltage. Avoid draining the battery completely; charge while it has some power. Battery life decreases over time. Performance may be lower in extreme temperatures. A fully charged battery holds power for 90-120 days. Keep the battery within -10°C to 50°C. Use only the original charger. Do not overcharge or discharge. Do not disassemble the battery package; this is for professionals only.
- Bearings, Screws, Brakes and Wheels: The scooter has sealed, dustproof bearings requiring no lubrication. Check bearings for wear. Avoid jumping on/off or applying excessive force. Ensure all screws are tight. Check brakes for wear and adjust/replace as needed. Check wheels for wear.
- Storage and Cleaning: Clean with a damp cloth; avoid high-pressure water. Toothpaste can help with stubborn dirt. Ensure the scooter is off and the charging input is covered during cleaning. Dry thoroughly. Do not use solvents like alcohol or gas. Store in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight or heat.

Regarding Battery Charging SEL-10350 ODIN
Important – Please read! The battery is not fully charged from the factory and may discharge slowly. If the scooter does not turn on or charge (charger light is instantly green), try the following:
- Leave the charger connected for 6-7 hours for a full charge (may take 3-4 hours to start normal charging).
- If the issue persists, ride the scooter manually for about 100m without turning it on, then connect the charger. This helps activate the charging function, resulting in a full charge in approximately 3 hours.
