Qualified repairers, upon specific request to assistenza@midea.com and after verification by Midea staff of the professional repairer qualification, can receive:

• Detailed service manuals and electrical diagrams;
• Diagnostic and functional test procedures;

• Software/firmware updates (when required for maintenance);

The request must be accompanied by:

• Certificate of VAT registration or identification code of the activity;
• Certification or technical competence certificate;
• Acceptance of the terms of use;
• Indication of the product model and serial number to which the request refers.
