Bulb Linking and Stereo Setup
GE LED+ Speaker bulbs can automatically sync with other GE LED+ speaker bulbs (A21, BR30, PAR38 models) to create a surround sound experience.
Linking Additional Bulbs: Turn on a new bulb, and it will automatically sync with the parent bulb or the first bulb set up in the system. For optimal syncing, subsequent bulbs should be within 25 feet (approx. 7.6 meters) of the parent bulb.
Individual Control: Bulbs can be controlled individually by using the remote when in close range of a specific bulb. Alternatively, all synced bulbs can be controlled together when the remote is in close range of the parent bulb.
Audio Channel Assignment:
- Mono Setup (1 Bulb): A single bulb setup for mono audio.
- Stereo Setup (2 Bulbs): For stereo sound, assign one bulb to the left channel and the other to the right channel. Point the remote at the target bulb and press the [Left Channel Icon] or [Right Channel Icon]. The bulb will flash once to confirm. To reduce signal interference, power on only the target bulb and turn off other speaker bulbs during assignment.
- Mixed Setup (3+ Bulbs): For setups with three or more bulbs, you can assign them to directional channels (left/right) or uniform sound (mono).
Note: Channel mixing is exclusive to LED+ Speaker Color-Changing bulbs and not available on other LED+ Speaker bulb models.
Important Notes
- For optimal sound quality, install the lamp with the base facing upwards (+/-60°) to allow water to drain from the speaker.
