How to Use the Built-In USB-C Cables
Retractable Built-In USB-C Cable (USB-C1)
To extend the cable, pull it gently. To adjust, pull again, adjust to the desired length, then pull slightly (approx. 0.4" / 1 cm) and stop to set it in place. To retract, pull slightly (approx. 0.4" / 1 cm).
Non-Retractable Built-In USB-C Cable (USB-C2)
Push upward to extend the cable. Pull downward to secure the cable in place.
Screen Display Guide
- Press the power button or pull the retractable built-in USB-C cable (USB-C1) to turn on the screen and check the battery status.
- The screen stays on during charging/recharging. To manually turn off, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
- Press the power button twice to activate or exit trickle charging mode.
Checking Battery Status Without Charging/Recharging
If there is no interaction within 10 seconds, the screen will automatically turn off.

Checking Battery Status During Charging/Recharging

Main Screen Features
Key Displays:
- ① Charging / Output: Shows current output power.
- ② Trickle Charging Mode: Indicates trickle charging is active.
- ③ Recharging / Input: Shows current input power.
- ④ Simultaneous Charging and Recharging / Pass-Through Charging: Displays status when charging other devices while recharging the power bank.
- ⑤ Remaining Battery Percentage: Current battery level.
- ⑥ Full Recharge Time: Estimated time to fully recharge.
Battery Status Under Normal Conditions
Visual descriptions of Battery Temperature (e.g., 75°F/24°C SAFE, High Performance Mode) and Battery Health (e.g., 100%, Cycle Counts: 10).
Active Cooling Mode: Displayed when battery temperature is slightly high, reducing charging/recharging power to cool the power bank.

Charging Your Devices
Charge phones, tablets, or laptops using the built-in USB-C cables (USB-C1, USB-C2), the USB-C port (USB-C3), and the USB-A port.

Recharging the Power Bank
Recharge the power bank via one of the built-in USB-C cables (USB-C1 or USB-C2) or the USB-C port (USB-C3).
*Note: The power bank cannot be recharged via USB-C1, USB-C2, and USB-C3 simultaneously. When connected to multiple power sources, it automatically selects the one with the highest power for recharging.

Trickle Charging Mode
To activate trickle charging mode, double-press the power button. The screen displays 'Output 0.1W 100%'. This mode is used for charging low-power devices, such as earbuds connected to the USB-A port. Double-pressing the power button again exits trickle charging mode.
Other Screen Displays
Low Battery Alert
Displayed when the screen is manually turned off during charging/recharging, and the power level is lower than 10%. Visual: A red screen with a phone icon ? and text 'Low Battery Alert'.
Circuit Protection
Displayed when current or voltage abnormality triggers circuit protection. Visual: A black screen with a yellow warning triangle ⚠️ and text 'Circuit protection enabled. Please unplug and replug the device.'
Temperature Protection Mode
Activates when battery temperature is too high or too low, stopping the power bank until the temperature returns to normal.
Visuals:
- High Temperature: Screen displays 'Battery Temperature = 118°F/48°C Protection Non-Recharging Mode' with a red thermometer icon ?️, accompanied by the message 'Please wait for the power bank to cool down before using it.'

Low Battery Health
