Ensure the appliance was supplied undamaged. Contact your sales representative or regional warehouse if you find any transport damage.

This appliance is for household use only, designed for heating food and beverages using electromagnetic energy.

Instructions for Use

Carefully read and save these instructions for future reference. They describe the oven and its functions, and may include descriptions of functions not applicable to your specific model.

Precautions to Avoid Possible Exposure to Excessive Microwave Energy

  1. Do not operate the oven with the door open. Do not tamper with safety interlocks.
  2. Do not place objects between the oven front face and the door, or allow dirt or cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
  3. WARNING: If the door or door seals are damaged, the oven must not be operated until repaired by a competent person.

Addendum: Failure to maintain the apparatus in a clean state can lead to surface degradation, affecting the lifespan and potentially causing a dangerous situation.

Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury, or excessive microwave energy exposure, follow basic precautions:

To Reduce the Risk of Injury to Persons: Grounding Installation

DANGER: Electric Shock Hazard

Touching internal components can cause serious personal injury or death. Do not disassemble the appliance.

WARNING: Electric Shock Hazard

Improper use of grounding can result in electric shock. Do not plug into an outlet until the appliance is properly installed and grounded. This appliance must be grounded. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current in case of a short circuit.

The appliance is equipped with a cord and plug. The plug must be inserted into a properly installed and grounded outlet. Consult a qualified electrician or serviceman if grounding instructions are unclear or if you have doubts about proper grounding.

If an extension cord is necessary, use only a 3-wire extension cord.

  1. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce risks from entanglement or tripping.
  2. If a long cord set or extension cord is used:
    1. The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least equal to the electrical rating of the appliance.
    2. The extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
    3. The long cord should be arranged so it does not drape over countertops or tabletops where it can be pulled by children or tripped over unintentionally.
