This manual provides instructions for the safe and effective installation and use of your BDL Multifunctional Pull Up Bar.
Important Safety Information
Read all instructions before assembly and use. Ensure the unit is securely mounted to a stable wall. Maximum user weight capacity is 440 lbs (200 kg). Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.

Assembly Steps
Step | Instruction |
---|---|
1 | Attach Side Support Arms (B) to the Main Pull-up Bar (A) using Long Bolts (F), Washers (H), and Lock Nuts (I). Tighten with wrenches. |
2 | Attach the Back Pad (D) to the Side Support Arms (B) using Short Bolts (G), Washers (H), and Lock Nuts (I). |
3 | Attach the Dip Handles (C) to the lower part of the Side Support Arms (B) using Long Bolts (F), Washers (H), and Lock Nuts (I). |
4 | Position the assembled unit against the wall at the desired height. Mark the mounting holes using the Mounting Brackets (E) as a template. |
5 | Drill holes at the marked locations. If mounting on concrete or brick, insert Wall Anchors (L). If mounting on wood studs, ensure the bolts go directly into the studs. |
6 | Secure the Mounting Brackets (E) to the wall using appropriate hardware (provided or suitable for your wall type). Ensure brackets are level and firmly attached. |
7 | Hang the assembled pull-up bar unit onto the secured Mounting Brackets (E). Ensure it is securely seated. |
8 | Check all connections and tighten all bolts and nuts securely before use. |
Wall Mounting Options
The unit can be mounted on various wall types. For concrete or brick walls, use the provided wall anchors. For stud walls, locate wall studs and secure the mounting brackets directly to the studs for maximum stability. Consult a professional if unsure about your wall type or mounting procedure.

Usage Examples
This multifunctional pull-up bar supports a variety of exercises:
- Pull-ups: Grip the main bar with an overhand or underhand grip.
- Chin-ups: Use a closer, underhand grip.
- Dips: Use the lower dip handles for triceps dips.
- Leg Raises: Use the back pad for support during abdominal exercises.
