Parental and Adult Responsibility and Supervision are Necessary: Select riding products appropriate for the child's age, maturity, skill, and ability to follow rules. Keep this product away from small children.
- Recommended rider age: 8 years and older.
- Any rider unable to fit comfortably on the product should not attempt to ride it.

Proper Riding Equipment, Clothes, Shoes:
- Always wear proper protective equipment: approved safety helmet (chin strap buckled), elbow pads, and kneepads.
- A long-sleeved shirt, long pants, and gloves are recommended.
- Always wear athletic shoes with rubber soles. Never ride barefoot or in sandals. Keep shoelaces tied and away from moving parts.

Maintenance:
- Before use, confirm chain guards, covers, and brakes are in place and functional. Ensure the front tire has sufficient tread. Check rear wheels for flat spots or excessive wear.
- Regularly check that all screwed parts are tight, especially wheel axles.
- The steering column fixing nut may need replacement if it can be hand-threaded beyond the nylon insert.
- Ensure caster wheels are installed properly (refer to assembly instructions).
- Use only manufacturer's authorized replacement parts. Do not modify the product.
- Clean with a damp cloth. Do not use alcohol-based or ammonia-based cleaners.
- Bring product to a qualified technician for repairs.
Acceptable Riding Practices and Conditions:
- Parents/adults should discuss these rules with their children.
- Protective equipment should be worn. Not to be used in traffic.
- This toy is unsuitable for children under 6 years due to its maximum speed.
- Always check and obey local laws and regulations for riding locations.
- Keep safely away from autos and motor vehicle traffic. Use only where allowed and with caution.
- Ride defensively, being careful to avoid pedestrians, skaters, skateboards, bikes, children, or animals.
- Use on flat, dry surfaces like pavement or level ground, free from loose debris (sand, leaves, rocks, gravel).
- Avoid wet, slick, bumpy, uneven, or rough surfaces, as they reduce traction and increase accident risk.
- Do not ride in mud, ice, puddles, or water.
- Watch out for obstacles that could catch wheels or cause loss of control. Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates, and sudden surface changes.
- Do not ride in wet or icy weather. Never immerse the product in water, as electrical and drive components can be damaged.
- Do not use indoors on carpet or flooring that could be damaged.
- Never use near steps or swimming pools.
How to Ride:
- Do not use the speed control (push button throttle) unless seated and in a safe, outdoor environment.
- When seated with feet on the front foot pegs, push the throttle button to go. To stop, release the button and squeeze the left hand brake. Practice braking in a controlled environment.
- The rear caster wheels allow for sideways drifting and spinning. Practice turning the handlebars slowly and gradually to master these maneuvers.
- Hold the handlebars at all times while riding.
- Do not touch brakes or motor during or immediately after riding, as they can become very hot.
- Avoid excessive speeds, especially downhill, to prevent loss of control.
- Do not ride at night or when visibility is limited.
- Do not attempt stunts or tricks; the product is not designed for such use, which can cause loss of control and serious injury or death.
- Never allow more than one person on the product at a time.
- Keep hands, feet, hair, clothing, and other articles away from moving parts, wheels, and drivetrain.
- Never use headphones or a cell phone while riding.
- Never hitch a ride with a vehicle.
Using the Charger:
- Never modify the electric system; it can cause fire or explosion.
- BEFORE EACH USE: Charge the battery for AT LEAST 12 hours and inflate tires to the correct PSI.
- Turn off the product after each ride. The battery may not recharge if left "ON" without use.
- Do NOT store in freezing temperatures, as this will permanently damage the battery.
- Regularly examine the charger for damage (cord, plug, enclosure, etc.). Do not use if damaged; have it repaired or replaced.
- Use only a Razor-recommended charger.
- The charger is not a toy and should only be operated by an adult.
- Do not operate the charger near flammable materials or open flames.
- Unplug the charger and disconnect from the product when not in use.
- Do not exceed charging time.
- Always disconnect the product from the charger before cleaning.
The product contains sealed non-spillable lead-acid batteries. Batteries must be recycled.
Assembly Instructions
Tools Required: 5mm Allen wrench (included)
Step 1: Attach the main frame component to the front steering column. Insert two 5mm bolts through the frame and into the steering column. Tighten securely with the 5mm Allen wrench. Ensure the Razor logo is facing forward.
Step 2: Connect the rear axle assembly to the main frame. Align the holes and insert the provided bolts. Tighten securely.
Step 3: Attach the seat post to the main frame. Insert the seat post and secure it with the appropriate bolts and the 5mm Allen wrench.
Step 4: Mount the handlebars. Insert the handlebar stem into the steering column. Align the holes and secure with the provided bolts and the 5mm Allen wrench.
Step 5: Attach the front wheel assembly to the steering column. Ensure it is properly aligned and secured with bolts.
Step 6: Install the caster wheels. These are typically attached to the rear axle assembly. Follow the diagram to ensure correct orientation and secure them with bolts.
Step 7: Attach the chain guard. Align the guard with the mounting points on the frame and secure it with bolts.
Step 8: Mount the seat. Place the seat onto the seat post and secure it.
Step 9: Attach the flag. Insert the flag pole into the designated holder.
Step 10: Connect the battery charger. Ensure the battery is charged before first use (at least 12 hours).
Step 11: Adjust the brakes. Follow the specific instructions for adjusting the cable tension to ensure proper braking performance. This may involve turning adjustment nuts at the lever or caliper. Ensure a small amount of free play (e.g., .25" / 6mm MAX) at the lever.
Step 12: Inflate tires to the recommended pressure (36 PSI / 250 kPa).
Step 13: Final check of all bolts and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.

Operation and Maintenance
Operation:
- Ensure the product is fully assembled and the battery is charged.

Maintenance:
- Brake Adjustment: Adjust brake cable tension as needed. Ensure the brake lever has a small amount of free play (approx. 0.25" / 6mm) before engaging.
- Tire Inflation: Maintain tire pressure at 36 PSI (250 kPa).
- Chain and Front Wheel Replacement: Follow the detailed steps provided in the manual (illustrated on pages 16-20). This involves loosening and tightening various bolts and nuts using specific wrenches (e.g., 10mm, 8mm, 17mm, 14mm).
- General Checks: Regularly inspect all bolts, nuts, and connections for tightness. Ensure all guards and covers are in place and secure.
- Cleaning: Wipe the product with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners.
- Battery Care: Charge the battery for at least 12 hours before first use. Do not store in freezing temperatures. Always disconnect the charger when not in use.
