Possible Mounting Positions
Illustrations show four different cabinet configurations with the TipOn mechanism installation points indicated:
- Cabinet type 1: Two mechanisms required (x2).
- Cabinet type 2: Two mechanisms required (x2).
- Cabinet type 3: One mechanism required (x1).
- Cabinet type 4: One mechanism required (x1).
Step-by-Step Assembly
Prepare the mounting plate. The plate requires fixing points at 32 mm and 16 mm distances.

Position the TipOn mechanism at a 90-degree angle relative to the mounting surface.

Attach the TipOn mechanism to the mounting plate using a screw. The mechanism engages with the plate.

Insert the assembled TipOn mechanism into the designated housing on the cabinet door.

Push the mechanism until it audibly clicks into place, securing it to the cabinet door.

The TipOn mechanism is now assembled and ready for installation.

The mechanism can be adjusted. The adjustment range is +4 mm to -1 mm.
