Quick Start Manual for SOLID VALVE

Getting Started
1. Switch heat on
Activate the heating element. This process typically takes 3-5 minutes.
2. Choose temperature
Select the desired operating temperature for vaporization.
3. Grind substance
Grind your material to a particle size between 1 mm and 10 mm (1/16 inch to 1/2 inch).
4. Fill Filling Chamber
Carefully fill the grinding substance into the Filling Chamber.
5. Insert Filling Chamber
Insert the filled Filling Chamber into the Volcano device.
6. Preheat substance
Preheat the substance if the control lamp is not yet illuminated.
7. "Click" Valve Balloon
Attach the Valve Balloon to the Filling Chamber with an audible 'click' ?.
8. Watch vapor density
Observe the vapor density filling the balloon. The process takes approximately 5 seconds. Ensure the vapor density is satisfactory [✅].
9. Remove full Balloon Unit
Once the balloon is full, detach the complete Balloon Unit from the Filling Chamber.
10. Detach Valve Balloon
Separate the Valve Balloon from the Filling Chamber.
11. Caution! Hot surface! ?
Warning: The Filling Chamber can be hot. Never leave the Filling Chamber attached to the VOLCANO when not in use.
12. "Click" Mouthpiece
Attach the Mouthpiece to the Valve Balloon with an audible 'click' ?.
Dismantling, Cleaning, and Replacing Parts
1. Pull off Lip Piece
Remove the Lip Piece from the Mouthpiece.
2. Dismantled Mouthpiece
The Mouthpiece is now dismantled.
3. Pull off Slipring and Balloon
Detach the Slipring and the Balloon from the valve assembly.
4. Screw off Valve Cap
Unscrew the Valve Cap.
5. Dismantled Valve
The main valve components are now separated.
6. Screw off nut from Filling Chamber Insert
Unscrew the nut from the Filling Chamber Insert.
7. Dismantled Filling Chamber Insert
The Filling Chamber Insert is now dismantled.
8. Pull off Filling Chamber Ring
Remove the Filling Chamber Ring.
9. Screw off Filling Chamber Cylinder
Unscrew the Filling Chamber Cylinder.
10. Dismantled Filling Chamber
The Filling Chamber is now fully dismantled.
11. Manual cleaning with alcohol ?
Clean parts manually using alcohol (minimum 90% purity). Components are also dishwasher safe.
12. Cut a piece of balloon ✂️
Cut a section of the balloon material approximately 50-60 cm (19-23 inches) long.
13. Tie close at one end ?
Securely tie one end of the cut balloon piece.
14. Attach Balloon Fixation Ring
Attach the Balloon Fixation Ring to the valve.
15. Attach Balloon to Valve
Connect the prepared balloon to the valve assembly.
16. Align Valve Balloon to Valve
Ensure the Valve Balloon is properly aligned with the valve.
17. Evert balloon mantle
Turn the balloon material inside out (evert the mantle).
18. Attach Slipring to secure Balloon
Use the Slipring to secure the balloon to the valve.
19. Ready to use
The device is now reassembled and ready for use.
