SENSORS

Name Functional Description
TrueMapping Utilizes triangulation with laser beams to measure distances between the DEEBOT and nearby objects, creating a spatial map of the surroundings. Measurement range is 8 meters.
TrueDetect 3D Sensor Scans objects with a line laser and uses a monocular camera to generate 3D coordinates for object identification. Detection distance is 0.35m.
Microphone Vibrates via air by human voice for Voice Recording and Voice Control. Effective wake range is 8m.
Anti-drop Sensor Uses an Infrared Sensor at the bottom to detect the distance to the ground. Prevents the DEEBOT from moving forward if stairs are detected or the distance is below a preset threshold (60mm trigger distance).
Carpet Detection Sensor Analyzes ultrasonic echo signals on different surfaces to identify floor material and automatically adjust cleaning strategy. Operates at 290kHz.
Edge Sensor Employs infrared ranging to detect distances to side objects. Performs edge-cleaning operations to avoid missing spots and collisions with walls or obstacles on the right side.
Anti-collision Sensor Detects obstacles by sensing when a transmitted signal is blocked. The receiver not receiving the signal allows the DEEBOT to avoid obstacles.
