Assembly Precautions

1. Carefully check the box for any damages. If damaged, please take a photo for your record and contact the service team for assistance.
2. It is dangerous if not installed correctly. Fasten all screws and nuts securely before use.
3. Please assemble according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
4. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
5. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
6. Please do not discard the box until after you have finished assembling the shower door.
7. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
8. Do not alter this product in any manner.
9. The box contains some small components; please place them properly before installation to keep them away from children and ensure safety.

Installation Instructions

1. Dimensional Measurement

   Before installing the bathroom door, it is necessary to first measure the size of the door opening correctly. Measure the width and height of the door opening to determine the dimensions of the door leaf and frame. It should be noted that bathroom doors require more sealing than regular doors, so there may be some special size requirements. It is important to measure carefully to ensure that the door size meets the requirements.

2. Door Frame Installation

   When installing the door frame, pay attention to the verticality and levelness of the door frame. The verticality can be achieved by installing support blocks and adjusting the horizontal and vertical alignment. The levelness needs to be calibrated using a leveling instrument. In addition, to increase the waterproof performance of the door frame, perform sealing treatment at the bottom and side of the door frame, fill the gaps with waterproof adhesive, and install waterproof film on the inside of the door frame.

Note: It is recommended that two people assemble the shower door. Assembly will take approximately one hour.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Install the Shower Frame

Install the shower frame. Cover the fixed glass with the protective rubber strip (15). Clamp the upper and lower guide rails (12) into the fixed assembly. Install the aluminum strip (10) on the other side. Secure the easy mounting pieces at the four corners.

Step 2: Install Wall Profile

Place the wall profile (2) against the wall, 20-25mm from the edge of the chassis. Use a spirit level to ensure the wall profile is perpendicular to the bottom base. Mark the position of the 4 holes on the wall. Use a 6mm drill bit to drill holes at the marked positions. Insert the wall pellets (1) into the holes. Install the movable side of the wall material first; do not install the fixed side wall material first.

Step 3: Clamp Wall Profile and Frame

Clamp the wall profile (2) into the fixed side of the frame. Tilt the whole frame into the installed wall profile. Fix the locking screw on the side wall profile.

Ensure both sides are the same and maintain a 100% level during installation.

Step 4: Install Pulleys and Hang Movable Door

Install the upper and lower pulleys (13, 14) on the movable door (5). Hang the movable door on the guide rail (12). Adjust the upper pulley so that the movable door and the aluminum strip (10) overlap correctly after closing, leaving no gap.

Step 5: Install Door Seals and Handle

Install the door side seal (7) and magnetic strip (8) on the movable door (5). Then, install the handle (6) using the handle screws (9).

Step 6: Drill Holes and Install Trim Cover

Drill holes with a 3 drill bit at the positions indicated in the diagram, at least 18mm from the edge of the aluminum.

Install the trim cover (16) using trim cover screws (18) and potentially other screws (16, 18).

Note: Before applying glass glue, ensure all surfaces are clean and dry. Allow the glue to dry for 24 hours after finishing.
