Finding the Right Fit
A proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and comfort. The Prodigy Air Max is designed to fit securely in the ear canal and the ear's concha. It features interchangeable ear tips and silicon wings. The earbuds are shipped with medium-sized tips and wings pre-installed. Experiment with different sizes of both to achieve the most comfortable and secure fit. The correct size wing should fill the ear's concha and be held securely in place by the Antihelix and Antitragus.
Ear Anatomy for Fit:
- Antihelix: The inner rim of the outer ear.
- Antitragus: The small projection opposite the tragus, located on the lower part of the ear.
Power Management
Power On
- The earphones automatically turn on and begin pairing when the charging case is opened. If they have been previously paired, they will automatically reconnect to the most recently connected device.
- If the earphones have entered sleep mode (after ten minutes of inactivity outside the case), press and hold the MFB on both earbuds simultaneously for 2 seconds to power them on.
Power Off
- Place both earphones back into the charging case and close the lid to turn them off.
- If the earphones are not in the charging case, press and hold the MFB on both earbuds for 5 seconds to power them off. Ensure music is stopped and calls are ended before attempting to power off.
Pairing
- When the charging case is opened, the earbuds automatically enter pairing mode. The LED indicator will flash white and red.
- From your phone's Bluetooth menu, select "Aiwa Prodigy Air Max" to connect.
The Prodigy Air Max earphones are designed to automatically reconnect to the most recently paired device. To pair to a new device, disconnect Bluetooth from the last connected device. The earbuds will then automatically enter pairing mode.

Charging
The LED indicator on the front of the charging case displays the remaining charge:
- Red: Less than 35% charge remaining.
- Pink: Between 35% and 75% charged.
- Blue: Greater than 75% charge remaining.
Note: Do not place wet earbuds into the charging case.
Miscellaneous Notes/Troubleshooting
When the earbuds are returned to the charging case, the MFB LED should illuminate (red if charging, white if fully charged), and they should automatically disconnect from the phone. If this does not occur, ensure the earbuds are properly seated in the case or that the charging case is fully discharged.
