1. Brief Introduction
The B300 is an extension battery pack with 3072Wh capacity, designed to support BLUETTI AC200MAX and AC300 series, or AC200P. The AC200MAX can accommodate up to two B300 battery packs for a total capacity of 8192Wh. When connected to the AC300, users can link two AC300 units with the Split Phase Box (P030A) to achieve double the output power and capacity. This setup can provide up to 6,000W of continuous power, 24.6kWh total capacity, and a 10.4kW solar input capability. It serves as an emergency power center for home essentials for over a week, or can power an entire house off-grid indefinitely with sufficient solar panels.

3. Safety Instruction
- DO NOT place the power station near heat sources. It is prohibited to place the equipment in an environment with flammable, explosive gas, or smoke. Operation in such environments is also prohibited.
- DO NOT attempt to replace the internal battery or any other component of the equipment by anyone other than authorized personnel. There are no user-serviceable components.
- DO NOT operate in wet conditions. If the equipment becomes wet, allow the unit to dry completely before use.
- Ensure proper ventilation during use and do not obstruct fan openings. Inadequate ventilation may cause permanent damage to the equipment.
- DO NOT stack anything on top of the power station during storage or use.
- DO NOT move the unit while operating, as vibrations and sudden impacts may lead to poor connections to the internal hardware.
- Warning: DO NOT insert foreign objects into any ports of the B300. Use it carefully and keep children away from it.
- In case of fire, only a dry powder fire extinguisher is suitable for the product.
- For safety purposes, use the original charger and cables designed for the equipment. BLUETTI is not liable for damage caused by third-party equipment, which may also render your warranty invalid.
4. BLUETTI App
The BLUETTI App allows remote viewing of the B300's remaining capacity, but only when the B300 is connected to an AC300 or AC200Max. For detailed information, please refer to the AC300/AC200Max User Manual.

6. Let's Get Started
- Power ON/OFF: Long press the power button to turn the unit ON/OFF. The LED indicator will light up/off accordingly.
- The B300 will automatically turn on from a Power Off state when either grid charging or PV charging voltage is applied to the charging port.

8. Recharge
8.1 Solar Charging
- Choose a solar panel with a working voltage of DC 12V-60V.
- Connect the solar panel to the B300 using the solar charging cable (accessory 3).
- Plug and play charging: Charging will start automatically after connecting the solar panel, even if the unit is in the OFF state.
- Max. current of the solar: 10A.
- The B300 should be turned off 2 minutes after unplugging the solar charging cable from the B300.

8.2 AC Charging

9. AC300 + B300 Extra Battery Connection
The AC300 can extend its capacity by 1-4 B300 battery packs, ranging from 3072Wh to 12288Wh. It supports up to 4 battery packs in parallel.
The AC300+B300 system will be activated when the AC300 has been charged.

Connection Steps:
- Press Button 01 and connect the battery port of AC300 with B300 using the Capacity Fusion Cable (accessory No.2).
- Push Button 02 to LOCK the cable with either the AC300 or B300.
- Press the power button of both the AC300 and B300.

How to claim the warranty?

Can the unit be upgraded?
When the B300 is connected to the AC300, the firmware (including ARM, DSP, IOT, and BMS) can be upgraded online via OTA through the BLUETTI APP.

Can it be charged and discharged at the same time?
Yes, the unit supports pass-through charging for DC outputs.

Can I use third-party solar panels to charge the unit?
Yes, third-party solar panels can be used as long as they utilize MC4 connectors and the combined output voltage (in series or parallel) is between 12V to 60V, with a maximum of 200W.
13. Storage and Maintenance
- Please turn off the unit and charge it to 50-70% capacity before storing it.
- To preserve battery health, discharge and fully charge the unit at least once every 3-6 months.
- Ensure proper ventilation during use or storage and keep away from any combustible materials or gases.
- Do not stack anything on top of the unit during storage or use.
- Avoid exposing the unit to rain or wet environments, and direct sunlight (32-113 °F, 0-45℃). A clean and dry environment is strongly recommended.
- Use dry, non-abrasive cloths to clean the exterior from dust and debris periodically.
- Keep the unit away from children and pets.

- Some changes may occur without notice, such as external appearance or specifications, due to material supply availability or hardware improvements over time.
- BLUETTI shall not be liable for any damage caused by force majeure events such as fires, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or due to user's intentional negligence, misuse, or other abnormal conditions.
- No compensation for damages will be made for utilizing non-standard adapters and accessories.
- BLUETTI is not liable for any damages caused by operations of the product outside of the usage methods detailed in this manual.
