TESLA RoboStar iQ300 Pairing Procedure

Step 1: Download the WeBack App

Download the "WeBack" app from the iOS Store.

The app is available in the Utilities category and has a rating of 2.1 stars based on 14 ratings. The current version is 6.1.2.

Step 2: Confirm User Agreement and Privacy Policy

Upon opening the app, you will be presented with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Review the terms and click "Agree" to proceed. If you do not agree, you can "Refuse". You can also choose to "Log In" if you have a previous account or "Register" for a new one.

Step 3: Registration or Login

If you are a new user, press the "Register" button. You will need to enter your email address, set a password, and provide a control code for graphic control. After agreeing to the "User Agreement and Privacy Policy", press "Get" to receive a verification email with a code. Enter this code in the registration form and press the orange "right arrow" button to complete registration.

If you have an existing account, select "Log In" and enter your login information.

Step 4: Add Device

Click on the "PLUS" icon to add a new device. You will see options for "Device" and "Discovery".

Step 5: Enable Camera Permission

To ensure proper pairing and functionality, enable permission for the app to access your camera. This allows you to scan QR codes or take photos. You can change this permission later in the app settings.

Step 6: Scan the QR Code

Scan the QR code located on the device or its packaging. Align the QR code within the frame provided in the app.

Step 7: Enable Location Permission

Allow "WeBack" to use your location. This permission is necessary for pairing and for certain functions within the app, such as weather information. You can choose to "Allow Once", "Allow While Using App", or "Don't Allow".

Step 8: Connect to Wi-Fi

Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Note that 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. Your mobile phone must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network during the pairing process.

The device supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only.

Step 9: Initiate Pairing

Turn off and then on the robotic vacuum cleaner using the main switch. Press and hold the top button for 3-5 seconds. You should hear a sound and see a "connecting to Wi-Fi network" notification. Confirm the "Confirmed above" box and click the "Next Step" button.

Step 10: Search for Devices

Enable permission for the app to search for devices on your local network. This is necessary for pairing and proper operation. You can adjust this setting later in the app.

Ensure routers, cell phones, and devices are as close as possible for optimal connection.

Step 11: Logging into the Application

The robotic vacuum cleaner will begin logging into the application. The process involves searching for the device.

Step 12: Connect to Wi-Fi Hotspot (if required)

Depending on your iOS version, you may need to connect to the robot vacuum cleaner's Wi-Fi hotspot. Click the connect button. The notification method and connection procedure may vary based on the operating system version.

You may be prompted to join the Wi-Fi network "ROBOT###". Click "Join" to proceed.

Step 13: Confirm Connection

Once the process is complete, a "Connection succeeded" screen will appear. Click the "Confirm" button.

Step 14: Start Using Your Robot

The application will return to the home screen, indicating that your TESLA RoboStar iQ300 is now paired and ready to use. You can view the robot's status, such as "Robot Standby" and battery level.
