LUND Running Boards

For proper installation and best possible fit, please read all instructions BEFORE you begin.

Important Safety Information

⚠️ CAUTION - Before driving, ensure that the Running Boards are properly anchored to vehicle.
Do not use automatic “brush-style” car washes.
Do not use cleaning solvents of any kind.
Periodically check all components for tightness.

Preparation Before Painting/Installation

A trial fit is recommended to ensure proper positioning and fit.
Check fit of parts before painting as we will not accept the return of modified or painted parts.

Installation Steps

NOTE: Actual application may vary slightly from illustrations.

Step 1: Attach brackets to rocker panel.

This step involves attaching brackets to the vehicle's rocker panel. Refer to the diagram which shows the vehicle's rocker panel area. It indicates mounting points labeled "Factory studs" and "Factory holes". Hardware shown includes an "8mm" bolt and an "8mmx20mm 2052-11" bolt, suggesting these are used to secure the brackets.

Step 2: Install square bolts into channels.

Install square bolts into the shaded outer channels of the running board assembly. The diagram illustrates this process, specifying that three (3) square bolts should be installed per channel to prepare for attachment to the brackets.

Step 3: Attach boards to brackets.

Attach the running boards to the previously installed brackets. The diagram shows the "RUNNING BOARD" being connected to a bracket. The connection is made using a "5/16"x18 Washer" and a "5/16"x18 Flanged Nut". The "PINCH WELD" of the vehicle body is indicated as a reference point for alignment.

Care and Cleaning

Wash only with mild soap & dry with a clean cloth.
