General Conditions

Welcome to the 10 Years of Homey Campaign!

This document describes the general conditions and requirements to be eligible for the 10 Years of Homey Campaign, which will run from May 24 to June 2, 2024.

How it Works

Customers who bought a Homey Pro or Homey Bridge during the campaign may enter. To participate, customers must send their purchase invoice and the serial number found on the bottom of each device of their Homey to 10years@homey.app.

Customers can only participate with every purchase once. Athom selects winners based on the time the submission email is received. Every 10th eligible submission will receive a full refund for the purchased Homey device.

Eligibility Conditions

1. Customers must have bought Homey Pro or Homey Bridge from our website or retailers during the campaign – from May 24 to June 2, 2024.
2. Customers must send their invoice or receipt picture and Homey device's serial number in a single email to 10years@homey.app by June 30, 2024.
3. Winners will be informed per email by Athom on a rolling basis. All winners will be announced by July 14th, 2024.
4. Athom's appointment of the winners is final. Athom will not enter into any correspondence regarding this decision.
5. Orders canceled or returned at submission or refund will not be eligible.
6. Every person may only enter once.
7. Every customer's purchase may only be submitted once.
8. Duplicate submissions for orders will result in the ineligibility of all these orders.

Further Conditions

• Athom reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if it cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Athom's reasonable control.
• Any attempt to undermine the promotion's legitimate operation may violate criminal and civil law. Athom reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• The promotion, this document, and the aforementioned terms are governed by The law of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
• The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Athom B.V., which are available at legal.athom.com. You explicitly agree to these terms and conditions when participating in this promotion.
