I. Product Overview

This is an air conduction headphone that provides an extra comfortable and safe wearing experience. It gives totally clear calls and superior sound quality even in noisy environment. In addition, this headphone has a stylish appearance and long battery life, which is a great choice for sports, hiking and driving.

II. Product Description

IV. Wearing Instruction

Hang the ear hook on the left ear and right ear separately. Make sure the sound outlet is aligned with the ear canal to achieve the optimal sound quality.

V. Usage and Operation

1. Pairing

Diagram: A smartphone screen displays Bluetooth settings, with Bluetooth enabled and the 'H1' headphone listed as connected.

  1. Press and hold the multifunctional key for 3 seconds to turn on the headphone. The headphone will emit the voice prompt "power on". Later, it will emit the voice prompt "pairing", indicating it is in pairing state.
  2. Open the Bluetooth function on your cellphone to search for Bluetooth devices. Find "H1" in the list and click to connect. When hearing the voice prompt "connected", the connection is successful and the headphone indicator light turns off.
  3. When using the headphone again, it automatically connects to the last paired device. If no paired device is found within 5 minutes, the headphone will automatically turn off.
  4. If pairing fails, delete all pairing records of "H1" from your device. Turn off the Bluetooth function on your cellphone, then turn it back on and search again.

2. Two Devices Connection

This headphone can connect to two smartphones simultaneously.

Operation Steps: After successfully connecting to Phone A, turn off the Bluetooth function of Phone A and the headphone. Next, restart the headphone and connect to Phone B. Then, turn on the Bluetooth function of Phone A, find "H1" in the list of Bluetooth devices, and click to connect. (NOTE: Although the headphone can connect to two phones at the same time, only one phone can play music through H1 at any given moment.)

3. Touch Function Description

NOTE: Only the right side headphone has touch control function.

  1. Pull out the charging head (if applicable, implies auto-on from charging case) and the headphone will automatically turn on.
  2. Press and hold the multifunctional key for 3 seconds in the shutdown state.
Power Off
  1. The headphone will automatically turn off when charging.
  2. Press and hold the multifunctional key for 5 seconds in the power-on state.
▶️/⏸️ Play/Pause In music playing state, double click the multifunctional key.
? Answer A Call Double click the multifunctional key when there is an incoming call.
? Hang Up Double click the multifunctional key during a call.
?? Reject A Call Press and hold the multifunctional key for 2 seconds when there is an incoming call.
? Voice Assistant Triple click the multifunctional key.

5. Restore Factory Settings

If the headphone is abnormal in use, please restore it to factory settings.

Operation: Click the multifunctional key eight times consecutively. When hearing the voice prompt "pairing", it means the headphone has been restored to factory settings.

6. Charge the Headphone

The headphone emits the voice prompt "low battery" and the headphone indicator keeps flashing slowly in red, indicating a low battery state. Please charge the headphone immediately.

Connect the charging cable's pogopin to the headphone's charging contact point to charge. When charging, the headphone indicator is red. When fully charged, the headphone indicator turns blue.

NOTE: When charging, please keep the headphone charging contact point dry and free of foreign bodies.

VIII. Common Problems

1. The headphone cannot be turned on.

  • Please try to charge it first, then try to turn on the headphone when the battery is sufficient. Check whether the headphone indicator is red when charging.
  • Make sure the position of the touch control is correct.

2. The connection is abnormal.

  • Please restore the headphone to factory settings and reconnect it. (Click the multifunctional key eight times consecutively. When hearing the voice prompt "pairing", the headphone has been disconnected.)

3. The headphone cannot be charged.

  • Please try to replace another 5V output power adapter to charge.
  • Make sure the headphone charging contact point is dry and no foreign body.
