Product Overview
This document provides instructions for the New Bee BH58 Bluetooth headset.

Power On/Off

How to Connect The Bluetooth Transmitter
Step 1: Push up the power button to turn on the headset. The headset indicator light is blue and flashes for about 3 seconds, then turns into red and green light flashing alternately.
Step 2: Plug the Bluetooth transmitter into the device. The indicator light of the Bluetooth transmitter is blue and flashes for about 3 seconds, then turns into red and blue light flashing alternately. You will hear the "Pairing" ?️ voice prompt, and the Bluetooth transmitter will automatically search and connect to the headset.
Step 3: After the connection is successful, the headset indicator light flashes blue every 30 seconds, and the indicator light of the Bluetooth transmitter is solid blue. When there is a connection record, the Bluetooth transmitter will automatically reconnect to the headset after powering on.

Note: If the device does not work normally after connection, check sound settings. Open 'sound settings', find 'Playback and Recording Devices', and select 'BTD-Q2'.
How to Connect Your Cellphone
Step 1: Push the power button up to the top, press and hold for 3 seconds, then release. The blue light flashes for 3 seconds, then the red and blue lights flash alternately. You will hear the "Pairing" ?️ voice prompt.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth of your cellphone, find "BH58" and click to connect. When you hear the 'connected' ?️ voice prompt, the connection is successful.
Note: If a connection record exists, the headset will automatically connect to the cellphone after powering on. If both headset and transmitter have records, the transmitter connects first.

Restore Factory Settings
Press and hold the Volume + ➕ and MFB buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds. The headset will re-enter pairing mode and you will hear the voice prompt "dudu".
Charging Indications

- Charging: Red light ? stays on.
- Fully Charged: Blue light ? stays on.
- Charging time: Approximately 2 hours ⏰.
Common Problems
- Disconnection: Low battery may cause disconnection. Charge the headset promptly.
- Headset not turning on: Try charging it first, then turn it on after it's fully charged.
- No initial charging light: If the battery is depleted or has not been used for a long time, there may be no signal lights at the beginning of charging. The indicator will light up red normally after a few minutes.
- No Sound from headset:
- Ensure the headset is correctly connected to the electronic device.
- Ensure the effective distance between the headset and device is within 10 meters (33 feet).
- Verify that this Bluetooth device is selected for music playback.
- Ensure your electronic device is in a strong signal area without external interference.
- Check if your electronic device is connected to other Bluetooth devices.
- Headset model not searchable:
- Ensure the headset is in the desired pairing mode (Phone/Bluetooth Transmitter).
- There might be a program error. Reset the headset by pressing and holding the MFB and Volume "+" buttons for 6 seconds while powered on.
- No sound during a call:
- Ensure your headset and device are successfully connected.
- Make sure the call is selected in the Bluetooth device's status.
Safety Notes
- Use original accessories only. Using non-original accessories may lead to reduced performance, headset damage, or short circuits, which are not covered by warranty.
- Disassembling the headset personally may cause damage and is not covered by warranty.
- Do not use the product in a dusty environment.
- Clean the headset with a clean, soft, and dry cloth.
- Avoid extreme environmental conditions. The normal operating temperature is -10°C to 45°C (-4°F to 113°F).
