D Series Cylindrical Deadbolts
Yale D Series deadbolts are ideal for commercial applications requiring consistent quality, ease of use, and installation. They are available in Grade 1 (D100) and Grade 2 (D200) with various technical specifications.

Concealed Interior Screws
Grade 1 SFIC by thumbturn deadbolts feature concealed interior screws for enhanced security and control. Requires a control key for installation/removal. Ideal for multifamily housing. Specify functions B-D171/72 or B-D181/82.
Indicators
Status indicators are available for D200 Series Grade 2 deadbolts to identify room occupancy status (e.g., Restrooms, Quiet rooms). Thumbturn indicators are optional for D211/D212; standard on D291/D292.
Features: Multiple large indicator windows, color/wording/symbol options, oversized thumbturn, patent-pending thumbturn indicator, handed and field reversible.

- Single Indicator (D211/D212): V01 (No Indicator, Unlocked/Locked, Green/Red), V01F (No Indicator, Ouvert/Fermé, Green/Red), V04 (No Indicator, Unlocked/Locked, White/Red).

D Series Cylinders/Keying
Fixed Core Cylinders: Available for use with various Yale deadbolt series. Includes breakoff tailpiece or optional tailpiece for 1-3/8" doors.
Interchangeable Core Cylinders: Includes Large Format Interchangeable Core (LFIC) and Small Format Interchangeable Core (SFIC) options. Yale KeyMark® and Best® keyways are supported.
Keying: Standard 6-pin, keyed random. Options include 0-bitted, keyed alike, master keyed, or construction master keyed.
Competitor Keyway Cylinders/Cores: Compatibility with Best®, Schlage®, Corbin Russwin®, Russwin®, and Sargent® keyways is available.
D Series Cylindrical Deadbolts - Assemblies and Strikes
Deadbolt Assemblies: Details on Model Nos. D34, D38, D34R, D38R with backset, throw, and front dimensions.
Strikes: Standard strikes include metal frame, wood frame, and strike reinforcement. Model D243 is a strike packet.
350 Series Mortise Deadlocks
Designed for mortise installation on 1-3/4" (44mm) doors. Features a laminated steel deadbolt with a 1" (25mm) throw. Available in multiple finishes and compatible with thumbturn assemblies.

Cylinders
Standard cylinder is a 1-1/8", 6-pin fixed core mortise cylinder (model 2153 x 2160 cam). Various other fixed core, LFIC, and SFIC cylinders are available, including Yale KeyMark® and Best® keyways.
PD400 Series Padlocks
Features: Chrome plated steel case, high strength molybdenum alloy steel shackle with chrome finish. Shackle diameter 5/16" (8mm). Two hardened steel balls for shackle locking. Optional extended shackles and 9" chains (brass or steel) are available. Keying is 6-pin only, furnished standard with Yale 1801 type cylinder. Not re-keyable.
Dimensions: Diagrams and tables detail vertical clearance, overall height, and pin counts for various models with molybdenum or brass shackles.
PD500 Series Padlocks
Features: Solid brass case, high strength molybdenum alloy steel shackle with chrome finish. Shackle diameter 3/8" (10mm) or 5/16" (8mm). Two hardened steel balls for shackle locking. Optional extended shackles and 9" chains (brass or steel) are available. Available in fixed core, LFIC, and SFIC types. Keying options include 0-bitted, uncombinated, keyed alike, keyed different, or master keyed. Yale KeyMark® cylinders and cores are not available 0-bitted.
Keying and Cores: Details on LFIC cores (1210, 1220, 5210, 5220, K800) and SFIC cores (K600, A600). Fixed core cylinders (1801, 5801, K400, 2801) are also described.

PD600 Series Padlocks
Features: Solid brass case, high strength molybdenum alloy steel shackle with chrome finish. Shackle diameter 5/16" (8mm). Two hardened steel balls for shackle locking. Optional extended shackles and 9" chains (brass or steel) are available. Keying is 6-pin only, furnished standard with Yale 1801 type cylinder. PD616 models are key retaining (key cannot be removed when shackle is unlocked).

Padlock Chains
Yale offers padlock chains (42A - Brass, 42S - Steel) in 9" length, available with clevis or riveted to the case. Chains are double-link type and used with PD400, PD500, and PD600 series padlocks.
Security Latchlock 80
Operation: Outside: Standard 5-pin rim cylinder 1109E. Inside: Bolt can be deadlocked or held back by a slide button, rendering the lock inoperable by key or knob.
Technical Information: Backset 2-3/8" (60mm), Zinc Alloy material, 1/2" (13mm) springbolt length. Reversible latchbolt. Cylinder 1109E (Brass 5-pin). Case finish Enameled Brasslux. Cylinder finish Brass.
Security Latchlock 88
Operation: Outside: Standard 5-pin rim cylinder 1109E. Inside: Bolt can be deadlocked or held back by a slide button, rendering the lock inoperable by key or handle.
Technical Information: Backset 2-3/8" (60mm), Zinc Alloy material, 5/8" (16mm) springbolt length. Reversible latchbolt. Cylinder 1109E (Brass 5-pin). Case finish Dark Metallic Grey. Cylinder finish Brass.
Heavy-Duty Latchbolt 112
Operation: Outside: Standard 5-pin rim cylinder 1109E. Inside: 180° turn of the thumbturn throws or retracts the deadbolt. Available with flat strike (model 112F).

Heavy-Duty Deadbolt 112-1/4

Auxiliary Rim Lock Components
Cylinders: Yale auxiliary rim locks (80, 88, 112, 112-1/4, 197, 197-1/4) ship standard with an 1109E brass, 5-pin, E1R rim cylinder. 1109E is not available as a replacement cylinder. Alternative cylinders are available via Yale KeyMark® and Yale Cylinder and Keys catalogs.
Strikes: Descriptions and diagrams for No. 197FS Flat Strike (for outswing doors), No. 112FS Flat Strike (for outswing doors), and No. 8RB Rim Strike (for outswing doors).
Cabinet Locks
511s Cabinet Lock: Pin tumbler lock for wardrobe doors (3/4" to 1-3/8" thick wood or metal). Key retracts latchbolt. Made of brass. Available in various keying options (4-, 5-, or 6-pin) and handed (RH/LH). Finishes: 605, 606, 625, 626.
C970 Cabinet Lock: Key rotates plug 360°. Key removable in vertical position only. Cam stop pin included for restricted cam rotation. Available in all finishes (per page 4). Brass cylinder and cam. 5- or 6-pin keying.
Accessories: 511S Angle Strike available for Spring Bolt Lock 511S.
Special Purpose Lock C1810
C1810 Letter Box Lock: Available in finishes 606 and 626. Keying: Standard 5- or 6-pin, can be keyed into 7-pin system. Available KD standard, KA or MK by order. Includes two keys.
C900 Series Electrical Switch Cylinders
Operation: Key rotates plug 360°. Key removable in one, two, or three positions. Material: Brass and bronze.
Finishes: 606, 626. Keying: 5-pin tumblers, two No. 11 keys.

YSSL10 Auxiliary Latch
Description: A spring-loaded latchbolt operated by an inside thumbturn. No outside operation. Recommended for areas with alternate exits.

Technical Information: ADA compliant thumbturn. UL-cUL fire rated up to 3 hours. Backset 2-3/4" (70mm) only. Latchbolt 1/2" (13mm) brass throw. Door thickness 1-3/4" (44mm) only. Flat front 2-1/4" x 1" (57mm x 25mm). Non-handed. Finishes: 605, 606, 612, 625, 626. Strike: 1-1/4" (32mm) curved lip standard (Model 371 T-Strike).
