INSTRUCTIONS
- Suitable for all hobs including induction.
- Match the diameter of the cooker to the diameter of the pan.
- When using on a gas cooker, ensure the flame DOES NOT extend up the sides of the pan.
- Avoid using metal tools as these can damage the surface of the pan.
- Non-stick surfaces really don't like being overheated. Extreme heat over a long period will damage the non-stick properties and reduce the pan's lifespan, so lower the heat to a sensible temperature and enjoy great cooking results.
SAFETY NOTE
- Avoid sudden temperature changes. DO NOT immerse a hot pan in cold water.
- NEVER leave cookware unattended.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash before first use in warm soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- The cookware is dishwasher suitable although we recommend hand washing and drying with a soft tea towel to prolong the life of the pan, particularly as dishwasher detergents can be extremely corrosive on cookware.
- To remove stubborn grease, soak the pan in warm soapy water before cleaning.
- DO NOT use harsh detergents, steel wool or coarse scouring pads to clean pans.
- Dry immediately and thoroughly.
STORAGE
- Store in a cool dry place.
- If stacking, place a layer of protector sheet between the pans to avoid scratches or damages.
