Secure the guide by pressing the lower clip firmly against the shelf guide. Ensure runners move freely. Repeat for the other shelf guide on the same level.
Accessories are inserted horizontally. The wire shelf should be inserted with the raised edge facing upwards. Drip trays and baking trays are inserted similarly.

Removing and Refitting Shelf Guides
To remove: Lift the guides up and gently pull the lower part out of its seating. To refit: Fit them back into their upper seating, slide them into the cooking compartment, and lower them into the lower seating.
First Time Use
- Setting the Time and Tone: When switching on for the first time, "AUTO" and "0.00" will flash. Press the +/- buttons simultaneously to set the time. Use the +/- buttons to adjust and the Time button to confirm. You can then select an alarm tone (display shows "ton 1"). Press the tone selection button and then the Time button to confirm. To change the time later (e.g., after a power outage), follow the same procedure.
- Heating the Oven: New ovens may emit manufacturing odors, which is normal. Before cooking, heat the empty oven to 250°C for about an hour to remove any residual odors. Remove all protective packaging. Air the room after first use.
Functions & Daily Use
Selecting a Function: Turn the selection knob to the desired function symbol.
- OFF: Switches the oven off.
- LAMP: Switches the oven light on.
- CONVENTIONAL: For cooking any dish on one shelf.
- SMART CLEAN (*): A steam cleaning cycle for easy removal of dirt and food residues. Activate only when the oven is cold. Pour 200 ml of water into the bottom. Set timer for 30 minutes and temperature at 90°C. Wait 15 minutes after the cycle before opening the door.
- CONVECTION BAKE: For cooking meat or cakes with a liquid center on a single shelf, ensuring an even, golden, crisp top and base.
- GRILL: For grilling steaks, kebabs, sausages, gratinating vegetables, or toasting bread. Use a drip tray with 500 ml of water below the wire shelf to collect juices.
- TURBO GRILL: For roasting large joints of meat (legs, roast beef, chicken). Use a drip tray with 500 ml of water below the wire shelf to collect juices.
- DEFROST: For quicker defrosting. Place food on the middle shelf in its packaging to prevent drying.
- TURBO FAN: For food with a crisp base and soft top, ideal for cakes with liquid filling (e.g., tarts, plum cakes, ricotta cakes) and pizzas with abundant topping on a single shelf. Preheat the oven. Also ideal for frozen convenience foods (e.g., pizzas, chips, strudel, lasagna). Follow product packaging instructions.
- FORCED AIR: For cooking different foods requiring the same temperature on two shelves simultaneously, preventing odor transfer.
- BOTTOM HEATING: Use after cooking to brown the bottom of the dish, or for slow cooking like stews.
How to Read Cooking Tables: Tables list recipes, preheating needs, temperature, cooking time, accessories, and suggested levels. Cooking times start after preheating. Times and temperatures are approximate and depend on food quantity and accessories. Use dark metal tins and trays for best results; Pyrex or stoneware may increase cooking times.
Activating a Function: Turn the thermostat knob to set the temperature. To interrupt, turn both knobs to 'OFF'. The LED thermostat light indicates heating and turns off when the set temperature is reached. Place food inside only after preheating is complete for optimal results.
Using the Electronic Programmer
Press the Time button to select modes for tracking or programming cooking time. A buzzer confirms settings after a few seconds of inactivity.
- Setting the Minute Minder: This timer does not affect cooking. Long press the Time button; the timer symbol flashes. Use +/- buttons to set duration; countdown begins automatically. The display shows the time of day and the timer symbol. Long press the Time button to deactivate.
- Setting the Duration: After selecting a function, long press the Time button (timer symbol flashes). Press Time button again (DUR and AUTO flash). Set duration using +/- buttons. The display shows the time of day and AUTO remains lit. When the set time is over, an alarm sounds and cooking stops. Long press the Time button to deactivate the alarm. Return selection and thermostat knobs to 'OFF' to switch off the oven.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Ensure the oven has cooled down before cleaning. Do not use steam cleaners, steel wool, abrasive scourers, or corrosive cleaning agents. Wear protective gloves. Disconnect the oven from the mains before maintenance.
- Exterior Surfaces: Clean with a damp microfibre cloth. Use a few drops of pH-neutral detergent for stubborn dirt. Dry with a cloth. Avoid corrosive or abrasive cleaners. Clean spills immediately.
- Interior Surfaces: Clean after each use, preferably while still warm, to remove food residues. Wipe condensation with a cloth or sponge after cooling. Clean door glass with a suitable liquid detergent. The oven door can be removed for easier cleaning.
- Accessories: Soak accessories in soapy water after use. Handle hot accessories with oven gloves. Remove food residues with a brush or sponge.
- Replacing the Lamp: Disconnect power. Unscrew the light cover, replace the bulb (use 20-40W/230V type G9, T300°C halogen bulbs), and screw the cover back on. Reconnect power. Do not handle bulbs with bare hands. Do not use the oven without the light cover refitted.
Removing and Refitting the Door
To remove: Open the door fully, lift and push the catches forward to unlock (1). Close the door as much as possible. Hold the door firmly with both hands (not by the handle) and pull upwards while continuing to close it until it releases from its seating (2). Place the door on a soft surface.
To refit: Align the hinge hooks with their seating and secure the upper part. Lower the door, open it fully, and lower the catches into their original position (3), ensuring they are fully down. Apply gentle pressure to check correct positioning. Try closing the door and ensure it aligns with the control panel. Repeat steps if misaligned, as improper function can damage the door.
