2. Installation Environment Requirements
Note: When installed outdoors, a sun/rain shelter is recommended to protect the battery system from direct sunlight and rain.
3. Floor-Mounted Installation
3-1 Installation Location Requirements
The installation requires a stable ground surface. For floor-mounted installations using the base, a maximum of six battery modules can be configured. If more than four modules are installed, it is advised to arrange them in two columns.
3-2 Installation Procedure
Mounting Hole Dimensions:
Dimensions are provided for 5kWh, 10kWh, 15kWh, and 20kWh configurations, indicating spacing for multiple modules.
Power Module Installation Size: The Power Module installation size is detailed in the diagrams, showing its footprint and mounting points.
Battery Module Installation Size: The Battery Module installation size is detailed in the diagrams, showing its footprint and mounting points.
Steps:
- Mark the hole positions using a marking pen and template, ensuring alignment marks are correct.
- Drill holes with a diameter of 8.0mm to a depth of 45-50mm.
- Fix the M6 explosive screws into the wall.
- Install the connecting pieces on both sides of the module and tighten the two screws.
- Level the battery module using a spirit level.
- Install the anti-tipping plate on both sides and tighten the two screws.
- Secure the module on both sides to the wall by loosening two screws, moving up the handle, and then tightening the screws to fix the modules. This applies to both battery and power modules.
4. Wall-Mounted Installation
4-1 Installation Location Requirements
Maintain minimum clearances of 300mm on the sides and top, and 100mm at the bottom. Ensure the wall's load-bearing capacity exceeds the total system weight (Power Module: 10 kg, Battery Module: 50 kg each). For configurations with more than four battery modules, installation in two columns is advised.
4-2 Installation Procedure
Mounting Hole Dimensions:
Dimensions are provided for 5kWh, 10kWh, 15kWh, and 20kWh configurations, indicating spacing for multiple modules and brackets.
Power Module Installation Size: The Power Module installation size is detailed in the diagrams, showing its footprint and mounting points.
Battery Module Installation Size: The Battery Module installation size is detailed in the diagrams, showing its footprint and mounting points.
Steps:
- Install the wall bracket onto the wall.
- Level the battery module using a spirit level.
- Mark the hole positions on the wall using a marking pen and the install-location card for alignment.
- Drill eight holes with a diameter of 8.0mm to a depth of 45-50mm.
- Fix the M6 explosive screws into the wall.
- Install the anti-tipping plate on both sides and tighten the two screws.
- Fix the wall bracket onto the wall using the installed screws.

System Wiring Diagram
Connections include grounding cable, communication cable, and power cable. Ensure the waterproof cover of the communication cable is tightened to maintain waterproof performance. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
Note: It is not recommended to install a DC circuit breaker between the battery system and the inverter. If a DC circuit breaker with a rated working voltage greater than 600V and a rated working current greater than 63A is installed, do not operate it with power on, as this may damage the machine.
Cables are routed out of the designated cable holes.
6. Terminal Connection
Connections between the APX 55027-P0 (Power Module) and the inverter (e.g., MIN 2.5-6KTL-XH/MIN 2.5-6KTL-XH2) are made via specific terminals:
APX 55027-P0 Terminals:
| Terminal Serial Number | Definition |
|---|---|
| 1 | WAKE-(W-) |
| 2 | WAKE+(W+) |
| 7 | RS485_B (B) |
| 8 | RS485_A (A) |
Inverter Terminals (SYS COM):
| Terminal Serial Number | Definition |
|---|---|
| 1 | Enable- |
| 2 | Enable+ |
| 7 | BAT_B |
| 8 | BAT_A |
Connection Mapping:
- APX 55027-P0 "A" to Inverter SYS COM "8"
- APX 55027-P0 "B" to Inverter SYS COM "7"
- APX 55027-P0 "W+" to Inverter SYS COM "2"
- APX 55027-P0 "W-" to Inverter SYS COM "1"
Note: When wiring the communication cable to the inverter, connect it to PIN 1, 2, 7, 8 of the INV-COM terminal first.
7. Powering On/Off the Battery System
Powering On:
- Turn on the DC Switch.
- Press and hold the start key for more than 5 seconds.
Powering Off:
