Safety Instructions For Use

It is very important to read through the manual completely before installation and use. Proper installation, maintenance, and use ensure safe and effective exercise.

1. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program to assess your current physical condition.
2. Pay attention to your body's signals. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, chest tightness, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, light-headedness, dizziness, or nausea. Consult your doctor before continuing.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment, as it is designed for adults.
4. Use a solid, flat material under the equipment to protect your floor. Ensure 0.6 meters of clear space around the equipment during movement to prevent collisions.
5. Ensure all screws and nuts are tightly locked before use. Stop using the equipment if you notice any defects or hear abnormal sounds until the issue is resolved.
6. The electronic display provides approximate values for movement and heart rate, serving as a reference only.
7. Wear well-fitting clothes during exercise to prevent tripping or movement restriction.
8. This equipment is suitable for indoor and home use only.
9. Move the equipment carefully to avoid injury.
10. Keep this manual and installation tools.
11. This product is not medical equipment.

Assembly Steps

Step 1:

1. Connect the relay (8) and relay (13).
2. Attach the riser union (14) to the main frame (88) using hexagonal bolt (9), spring pad (10), and washer (11). Tighten with open-end wrench (B).
3. Attach the left/right riser cover (12L/R) to the riser union (14) using cross slotted pan head self-tapping nails (91) and (92) with a cross dummy wrench (A).
4. Attach covers (22) to the sides of the left/right swing union (27L/R).

Step 2:

1. Remove hexagonal bolts (61), washers (60), and packing tubes (99) from the main frame union using open-end wrench (B).
2. Attach the front bottom tube union (43) to the main frame (88) using hexagonal bolts (61) and washers (60) with open-end wrench (B).
3. Remove cross slotted pan head screws (30) from the left/right swing cover (31L/R) using a cross dull wrench (A).
4. Tighten the left/right swing cover (31L/R) onto the left/right swing union (27L/R) using cross slotted pan head screws (30) and cross dull wrench (A).

Step 3:

1. Place the armrest cover (21) onto the left/right armrest.
2. Attach the left/right armrest (17L/R) to the left/right swing combination (27L/R) using hexagonal pan head bolts (20), curved washers (19), and nylon nuts (18). Tighten with open-end wrench (B).
3. Position the armrest cover (21) as shown in the diagram.

Step 4:

1. Connect the e-meter protrusion line (1a) to the heart rate line (7) and the e-meter protrusion line (1b) to the relay line (8).
2. Remove the cross-slotted pan head screws (2) from the electronic meter (1) using a cross-drag wrench (A).
3. Attach the electronic meter (1) to the riser combination (14) using the removed cross slot pan head screws (2) and cross wrench (A).

Installation complete!

Usage Instructions

1. Foot Pad Adjustment

If the ground is uneven, rotate the adjusting foot pad (56) located under the bottom tube to level the frame.

2. Frame Movement

The front bottom tube (43) has rollers. To move the frame, lift the main frame (88) by the handle so the rollers touch the ground, then push or pull the unit to the desired location.

3. Connecting Power

Plug one end of the power adapter (95) into the machine and the other end into a power outlet. Disconnect and store the adapter when not in use.

Care and Maintenance

(1) Regular Cleaning

• Platform: Wipe the body with a clean cloth and clean sweat stains promptly.
• Aluminum Rails: Regularly wipe and clean the track. Apply a small amount of silicone oil to the track for maintenance.

(2) Regular Checks

• Power Cord: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in.
• Bolts and Nuts: Check all bolts and nuts before each use and tighten any loose parts.

Control Knob Display Issues

If the control knob display is not working, ensure the power cord is tightly plugged in and the power switch is turned on.

Important Notes

1. After-sales service time is calculated from the day after signing for the receipt and is not cumulative.
2. Retain product packaging boxes for at least 15 days after receipt for potential returns. If packaging is lost or damaged, users are responsible for purchasing replacement materials to ensure safe transport.
