• It is advised not to sit on the bench during a storm.
• Do not use in adverse weather conditions and cover the furniture when not in use.

Precautions Before Assembly

• Prepare a clean and dry assembly area.
• Verify that the product is not damaged before starting.
• Check that none of the pieces are missing.

Maintenance

• Clean the bench with a soft fabric.
• Regularly remove leaves and/or water collected on the fabric.
• Inspect the bench regularly to detect any loose parts or potential defects.
• Do not use this product if the seat cloths, cushions, or tarpaulins are ageing. Contact customer service for assistance.

Storage Conditions

• The fabric should be stored completely dry, in a clean and dry place to avoid the risks of mold.
• When not in use, the furniture should be covered with an appropriate protective cover.

• Hardware L (x4): M8*65 screws.
• Hardware M (x2): M8*80 screws.
• Hardware N (x2): M8*85 screws.
• Hardware O (x8): M3.5X45 screws.
• Hardware P (x4): M3.5*35 screws.
• Hardware Q (x8): M3.5*30 screws.
• Note: Spare parts are included for hardware O, P, and Q.

Assembly Instructions

General Note: Do not confuse similar screws. Do not tighten bolts fully until all parts are connected.

Step 01: Assembling Front Supports

Attach part D and part C to part E using screws. Attach part A to part E using screws. (Refer to diagram 01 for placement).

Step 02: Attaching Backrest

Attach the backrest assembly (Part G) to the seat assembly (Part H) using screws. (Refer to diagram 02).

Step 03: Connecting Side Frames

Attach the side frame components (using hardware L, M, and N screws) to the main bench structure. Ensure correct orientation as shown in diagram 03.

Step 04: Securing Side Frames

Continue securing the side frame components to the bench structure using hardware L screws. (Refer to diagram 04).

Step 05: Attaching Seat Slats

Secure the seat slats to the bench frame using hardware O screws. (Refer to diagram 05).

Step 06: Installing Rear Support

Attach the rear support bracket (Part J) to the backrest and seat assembly using hardware P screws. (Refer to diagram 06).

Step 07: Attaching Armrests

Attach the armrest support pieces (Part K) to the sides of the bench using hardware Q screws. (Refer to diagram 07).

Assembly Complete: Your Outsunny bench is now assembled. Ensure all screws are fully tightened.
