1. Functioning Temperature
Condition: 41°F ≤ Ambient Temperature ≤ 100°F
When the ambient temperature is lower or higher than the functioning temperature, the dehumidifier stops functioning.
When 41°F ≤ Ambient temperature ≤ 61°F, the compressor automatically defrosts at intervals; during defrosting, the compressor stops and the fan keeps running.
2. Before Calling for Service
Before contacting customer service, please review the following troubleshooting list that includes common problems that are not the result of a defect in workmanship or materials.
| Problem | Probable Cause | Solution |

| Not Working | Power cord not connected properly | Make sure the power cord is properly plugged into the machine and a power source. |
| Not Working | Water Full Indicator On (Pump's water tank is full) | Make sure the pump's tank is properly drained. |
| Humidity Level not Dropping | Ambient Temperature too high/low (protection mechanism triggered) | Make sure the machine is under proper temperature (41 ~ 100 °F) |
| Humidity Level not Dropping | Filter Clogged | Wash the filter thoroughly as instructed |
| Humidity Level not Dropping | Intake vent or discharge duct obstructed | Remove any object blocking the intake vent or discharge duct. |
| Humidity Level not Dropping | Refrigerant leaked | Contact customer service for repairment |
| No Air Intake | Filter Clogged | Wash the filter thoroughly as instructed |
| Water leaking | Drain hose blocked | Remove any obstruction from the hose's end |
| Water leaking | Machine tilted or being upside down | Make sure the machine is standing upright |
| Loud Noise | Filter Clogged | Wash the filter thoroughly as instructed |
Error Codes
| Error Code | Description |
|---|---|
| E1 | Temperature/Humidity sensor problem |
| E2 | Temperature sensor problem |
| CL | When the ambient temperature drops below 41°F, this error code will appear, and the compressor and fan will shut down. |
| CH | When the ambient temperature is above 100°F, this error code will appear, and the compressor and fan will shut down. |
| LO | When the ambient humidity drops below 20%, this error code will appear, and the compressor and fan will shut down. |
| HI | When the ambient humidity is above 95%, this error code will appear, but the compressor and fan will keep operating. |
| E4 | Water is full or the pump is malfunctioning. Drain out water or contact customer service for repairment. |
WARNING:
If the Water Full indicator is always on, there may be a malfunction in the machine. Please seek technical support from professionals.
If anything unexpected happens, please turn off and unplug the machine immediately, and seek technical support from certified electrical engineers.
