2.Useoftheequipment
Therefrigeratorareforpreservingfreshperishablefoodstuffs,withan in-builtrefrigeratedunit. Donotutilisetheequipmenttostoremedicalsupplies. Climateclassoftheequipmentsis4or5. Theoptimum operationalambienttemperaturesarebetween +10 to+43 Thepossibleapplicationarekegbeer.
3Technicalfeatures Therefrigeratorisaventilatedsystem,theevaporatorisinaseparate insulatedboxonthetop.Allthematerialsusedinthemanufactureof thisunitareguaranteedtobesuitableforusewithfoodstuffs.The gasesusedinproducesisR290..Therefrigeratingcircuitarein compliancewiththecurrentnormative.
4.Operation Thegasintherefrigeratingcircuitisinthefirsttimecompressed, liquefiedandthenevaporatedintheventilatedevaporator,situatedon thetopofthecontainer. Thiscycleinvolvestheabsorptionofheathfrom theairinthe refrigeratorcompartmentandthereasoniscooled.Theheatproduced isthendissipatedtotheoutsideenvironmentbyacondenserunit locatedonthetopoftherefrigerator.

5.Controlunit Therefrigeratoriscommandfrom a"digitalcontrolunit"anda"main switchpilotlight"inthetoppaneloftherefrigerator. The"mainswitchpilotlight"isforturningonthepowersupply. Theredpilotlightcomesontoindicatethattheunitisconnectedto themainelectricityandtostartwork. Theredpilotlightcomesofftoindicatethattheunitisdisconnected anddon'twork.The"digitalcontrolunit"isfortheregulationofall parameterstoprovidethecorrectworkingoftherefrigerator.Please consultallparametersintheattachmentmanualofthe"digitalcontrol unit". Thismanualispartoftheinstructionmanualandisveryimportantin caseofservice. Appliedrefrigerantbelongtonon-flammablerefrigerant.
6.Handling
TherefrigeratorarriveinPETfilm andpackedincardboardboxona wood pallet.
Therefrigeratormustbetransportedandhandledwithcareto avoid posing a hazard to persons or property. Neverplacearefrigeratorwithanin-built refrigeratedunitonitssideorturnitupside downasthismaydamageorimpairoperationoftherefrigeratedunit. Wecannotheldliableforanydamageordefectsarisingdirectlyor indirectlyfrom improperhandlingoftheequipmentornon-compliance with the safeguards illustrated above.

7.Installationprocedure  Placetherefrigeratorinthecoolestand bestventilatedpartoftheroom.Don'tinstall therefrigeratorinthenearofheatanddirect sunlightsources. 8.Calibrating CO2 regulator a.Withtheshut-offvalveontheCO2regulatorclosed,openthevalveon theCO2tankcompletely. b.Loosentheadjustmentnutwithapairofpliers,allowingtheadjustment screwtobeturnedcounter-clockwiseuntilthescrewcannolongerturn. c.SlowlyturntheCO2regulatoradjustmentscrewuntilthedesired pressureisshownontheoutputpressuregauge(12PSIis recommendedsettingformostsituations).Otherconditions,suchas altitudeorspecialbeertype,mayrequiresomeadjustment.On regulatorsdesignedfordraftbeer,turningclockwisewillincreasethe outputpressure,andturningcounter-clockwisewilldecreasetheoutput pressure. d.Opentheshut-offvalveontheCO2regulator,ensuringtheswitchbelow themainbodyshouldbeparalleltothetubing.Gasshouldnowflow from theregulatortothekegcoupler,andyouwillhearthekeg pressurizing.Theoutputneedlewilldropmomentarilywhilethepressure isequalizing,thenitwillreturntothepointatwhichyousetit.

e.Thekegcouplerisdesignedwithapressurereliefvalve(PRV).Pullthe ringonthePRVbrieflytoallowgastovent.Thiswillpermitgastoflow thoughtheregulatorandhelpobtainamoreaccuratereadingonthe outputpressuregauge.
f.Re-checktheoutputpressureontheregulatorand,ifnecessary,re-adjust usingstep8.3untilthedesiredpressureisshown.Itisalwayswiseto followupanyadjustmenttotheregulatorwithabriefpullofthePRV ringtoensureanaccurateoutputreading.
9.Positionthekegintherefrigeratedcompartment.Ensure that no hoses are kinked or crushed.
