Important Safety Precautions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions must be followed:

  1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
  2. Unplug from the outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
  3. Verify that the specified supply voltage is consistent with the product's voltage (AC only).
  4. This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they receive supervision or instruction on safe use and understand the associated hazards.
  5. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision.
  6. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse the Drink Mixer in water or other liquids.
  7. Avoid contact with moving parts.
  8. Do not operate the Drink Mixer or any other electrical equipment with a damaged cord or plug, or if the unit malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return it to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
  9. Do not use outdoors. This product is FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
  10. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  11. Keep this instruction manual in a safe place and do not discard it.
  12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to prevent a hazard.
  13. Electric Shock Danger! Non-professional personnel are forbidden to repair the products. In case of failures, repairs must be carried out by qualified maintenance personnel.
  14. WARNING! It is strictly prohibited to immerse the main body of the machine and the power cord into any liquid. The machine must be fully cooled before cleaning.
  15. Do not place the product directly on or near a source of fire. If any part of the product is on fire, do not use water to extinguish it; use a wet cloth to cover the fire site.
  16. When the plug is inserted into the socket, ensure it is plugged in fully; otherwise, it may cause components to overheat and burn due to poor contact.
  17. Do not leave the product operating unattended. If the machine is overheating, stop working immediately and unplug the power.

Explanation of the Product's components:

The drink mixer consists of a main unit housing the motor and controls, cup supports to hold the mixing cups, the mixing cups themselves, and agitators for blending ingredients.

The control panel features a speed dial (marked 1, 2, 3, and PULSE) and a timer dial (marked from 0 to 60 seconds). Operating the Drink Mixer

  1. Connect the power cord and turn the main POWER ON/OFF switch to the ON position.
  2. Place the ingredients into the Mixing Cup.
  3. Select the desired mixing speed using the Speed Knob (LO, MED, or HI).
  4. Position the Mixing Cup into the Cup Actuator (#2) and push the cup upwards to engage and activate the motor.
  5. The motor will operate when the mixing cup is placed at the Upper Step of the Cup Support (#3).
  6. The motor will automatically turn OFF when the mixing cup is placed at the Lower Step of the Cup Support.
  7. Alternatively, the motor can be activated and deactivated using the Pulse Button without needing to use the Cup Actuator.

Changing Agitators

  1. Ensure the Drink Mixer is unplugged from the power source.
  2. Loosen the screw that secures the agitator by turning it clockwise.
  3. Carefully remove the existing agitator.
  4. Insert the new agitator and screw it back in securely to fasten it.

Cleaning

  1. To clean the exterior of the drink mixer, wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge. Avoid using any type of abrasive cleaners.
  2. To clean the mixing shaft: Place approximately 200ml of warm, soapy water into a Mixing Cup. Position the cup on the mixer in its normal operating position. Run the mixer on LO speed for 30 seconds with the cup empty. Turn the unit OFF once finished.
  3. Repeat the process from Step 1, using warm water only, to rinse the mixer shaft.
  4. With the unit turned OFF and unplugged, wipe away any residual soap and water from the mixing shaft using a damp cloth or sponge.
  5. The Mixing Cup can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water or placed in a dishwasher.

Helpful Hints

  1. Always turn the unit OFF or unplug the Drink Mixer before attempting to disassemble or reassemble any parts.
  2. Keep all instructions and service information in a safe and easily accessible location.
  3. For mixing dense or heavy drinks, use the HI speed setting. For lighter drinks with a higher liquid content, use the LO speed.
  4. If using ice, ensure only crushed ice is used in the Drink Mixer.
  5. Clean the Drink Mixer thoroughly before its initial use.
  6. Maintain cleanliness of the mixing cups. Wash, rinse, and sanitize them thoroughly after each use.
  7. Before operating the Drink Mixer, confirm that all detachable parts are securely fastened.
  8. Operate the Drink Mixer only when it is fully assembled.
  9. To prevent splashing of drinks with thin consistency, operate the mixer at Speed LO.
  10. When using the PULSE function, maintain a firm grip on the cup.
  11. The Moving-Wing Agitators are specifically designed for use with soft ice cream.

Basic Milkshake Recipe Example: Combine 50ml of ice cream with 150ml of cold milk.

Troubleshooting Guide

Problem Solution
Ingredients are not being mixed Properly Try selecting a different speed setting.
Motor does not turn on when Cup is set on Cup Support
  • Ensure the cup is tall enough to activate the motor switch.
  • The unit is equipped with a thermal overload protection circuit. Turn the unit OFF, wait for 30 minutes, and then turn it back on.
Excessive Product splash-out (Some splash-out is common)
  • The cup may be too full with ingredients.
  • The selected speed setting might be too high for the ingredients.
  • The agitator may not be fastened tightly to the spindle.
  • The agitator might be bent or worn out.
