Front Panel Layout
Front Panel Display & Indicators
The front panel features a Process Value Display showing numerical readings (e.g., '15.0', '18.0'). It also includes indicators for Alarm-1, Alarm-2, and HOLD status.
Control Keys
The control keys are: PROGRAM (PRG), UP (▲), and DOWN (▼).
Keys Operation
Symbol | Key | Function |
---|---|---|
PRG | PROGRAM MODE | Keep pressed for approximately 5 seconds to enter / exit Set-up mode. |
▼ | DOWN | Press to decrease the parameter value. Pressing once decreases the value by one count; holding pressed speeds up the change. |
▲ | UP | Press to increase the parameter value. Pressing once increases the value by one count; holding pressed speeds up the change. |
Electrical Connections

PPI IndeX 48x96 (General)
INPUT Terminals: T/C-+, T/C-, Pt100, 1, 2, 3, 4.
OUTPUT-1 Terminals: SSR (NC, C, NO), RELAY (NC, C, NO), 5, 6, 7, 8.
OUTPUT-2 Terminals: SSR+, SSR-, RELAY (NO, C, NC), 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.
Power Supply: 85~265 V AC SUPPLY (L, N).
PPI IndeX48
Shows terminal connections for PPI IndeX48, including INPUT (T/C, Pt100), HOLD, AL1, AL2, PROGRAM, UP, DOWN, SSR, RELAY, and AC SUPPLY (85~265 V).

Note for Relay Output
NOTE: For Relay Output only. An LCR unit is to be connected to the contactor coil for suppressing noises. Refer to the LCR connection diagram below.
