Product Introduction
This section introduces the HP Sprocket Studio Plus Photo Printer and its components.

Power Adapter Specifications: Input: 100-240V~50/60Hz 1.5A, Output: 24V DC 2.5A 60W MAX.
Power On and Connection
- Connect the power cord: Insert the power cord into the power interface on the back of the printer.
- Power on: Hold down the power button for 3 seconds. The power LED indicator will light up, indicating the printer is ready for connection.
- Download App: Scan the QR code to download the App and select the model "HP600".
Loading the Ink Cassette
- Open the ink cassette compartment cover.
- Insert the new ink cassette into the printer in the direction of the arrow marked on the cassette until it clicks into place.
- Close the ink cassette compartment cover.
Loading the Photo Paper
- Remove the paper cassette upward from the printer.
- Open the paper cassette: Push the upper cover of the paper cassette as shown in Figure 1, then flip it to the back as shown in Figure 2.
- Use the supporting plate to hold the upper cover of the paper cassette.
- Open the lower cover of the paper cassette.
- Load the photo paper with the glossy side facing up. Note: Placing more than 18 sheets of paper may damage the printer or cause malfunction. Do not touch the glossy side, except for the non-printable area.
- Close the lower cover of the paper cassette.
Loading the Paper Cassette
- Open the paper cassette compartment cover.
- Ensure the upper cover of the paper cassette is open.
- Load the paper cassette into the printer. Please make sure to fully insert the paper cassette into the compartment; it slides about 2cm into the compartment.
Instructions for Button Operation
- Turn on the printer: Hold down the power button for 3 seconds; the power LED indicator will light up.
- Turn off the printer: Hold down the power button for 3 seconds and then release it; the LED indicator will turn off.
- Reset AP mode: While the printer is powered on, hold down the power button for 5 seconds to reset Wi-Fi to AP mode.
Working Position
- Place the printer on a desk or other flat and stable surfaces.
- Leave some space (at least 10cm) behind the printer for paper to exit when printing.
Printing Wirelessly from Smartphones (AP Mode)
- Ensure the printer's LED indicator shows white. If not, hold down the power button to switch to AP mode.
- Open the App, click "Album", select the images to print, and then click "Next".
- Adjust the images in the print preview and click the printer icon on the top right corner.
- Select "Connect via printer hotspot". Wait for Bluetooth searching until it shows "PRT-XXXX" (where XXXX is the last four digits of the Bluetooth MAC address shown on the bottom of the printer) and click to connect.
- After connecting, the printer will start to print the photo.
Printing Wirelessly from Smartphones (STA Mode)
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to the Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Open the App, click "Album", select the images to print, and then click "Next".
- Adjust the images in the print preview and click the printer icon on the top right corner.
- Select "Connect hotspot". Wait for Bluetooth searching until it shows "PRT-XXXX" (where XXXX is the last four digits of the Bluetooth MAC address shown on the bottom of the printer) and click to connect.
- Enter the Wi-Fi hotspot password, click "Configure WIFI". The green LED indicator will flash slowly. (The time for Wi-Fi configuration depends on the actual Wi-Fi network; please wait patiently).
- After connecting, the green LED indicator will be lit, and the printer will start to print the photo.
Note: These instructions use photo album printing as an example. For LOMO, AR Photo, and Credentials printing, please refer to the App's guide.
Precautions
- The optimal operating temperature is 0°C to 40°C. If the environmental temperature is too high, print quality may be affected.
- Please use only the official adapter, color ink, and photo paper to ensure print quality.
- Do not touch the film of the color ink or the glossy side of the photo paper with your fingers, as this may affect print quality.
- During printing, the area around the thermal print head becomes very hot. Do not touch it to avoid burns.
- Do not forcibly pull out the photo paper during printing, as this may damage the printer.
- When the paper cassette is not used for a long time, please remove it and close the printer and paper cassette covers to prevent dust entry.
- The mains plug serves as the disconnect device. The socket-outlet should be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible.

- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

The device should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.

This product bears the selective sorting symbol for Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). This means that this product must be handled pursuant to European directive 2012/19 /EU in order to be recycled or dismantled to minimize its impact on the environment.
Users have the choice to give their product to a competent recycling organization or to the retailer when they buy a new electrical or electronic equipment.
The symbol indicates DC voltage.
