Warranty Terms
The warranty period begins from the date of product delivery and lasts for 2 years. The entire product, including all its parts, is covered by the warranty.
If the product is found to be defective, the consumer can exercise one of the rights provided by Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection: rescinding the contract, requesting a reduction in the sales price, requesting free repair, or requesting replacement with a defect-free equivalent.
If the consumer chooses the right to free repair, the seller is obliged to repair or have the product repaired without charging any fees for labor, replacement parts, or any other costs. The consumer can also exercise the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable for the consumer exercising this right.
If the consumer exercises their right to free repair and the product:
- Re-fails within the warranty period,
- The maximum repair time is exceeded,
- It is determined by a report from the authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer that repair is not possible;
the consumer can request a refund, a proportional price reduction, or, if possible, replacement with a defect-free equivalent from the seller. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's request. In case of non-fulfillment, the seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly liable.
The repair period for the product shall not exceed 20 business days. This period starts from the date the defect is reported to the authorized service station or seller within the warranty period, or from the date the product is delivered to the authorized service station if the defect occurs outside the warranty period. If the defect cannot be resolved within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer must provide a similar product for the consumer's use until the repair is completed. If the product fails within the warranty period, the repair time is added to the warranty period.
Defects arising from the use of the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual are outside the scope of the warranty.
In case of disputes related to the exercise of warranty rights, the consumer can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made.
If the seller fails to provide this Warranty Certificate, the consumer can apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
Warranty Validity Conditions
- The warranty will be void if it is determined that the device has been assembled and/or repaired by parties other than our authorized service personnel, or if the device has been opened.

- Damage and defects resulting from misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual or assembly manual, or from accidents,
- Damage and defects resulting from voltage incompatibility, incorrect electrical wiring, or use with a voltage different from that stated on the device label,
