FCC and IC Statement (US and Canada)

This product complies with Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
EU Batteries Directive 2013/56/EU
A new battery directive 2013/56/EU came into force on 01/07/2015, applying to all types of batteries and accumulators. It sets rules for collection, treatment, recycling, and disposal of batteries, aiming to prohibit hazardous substances and improve environmental performance. It is illegal to dispose of any battery with household trash in the European Union. All batteries must be disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. Contact local waste-management officials for information.
WARNING: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. To reduce risk of fire or burns, do not disassemble, crush, puncture, short external contacts, expose to temperature above 60°C (140°F), or dispose of in fire or water. Replace only with specified batteries.

Declaration of Conformity

Warranty Against Defects for Australia
Ingram Micro Pty Limited, an authorized distributor of Harman International Industries Ltd products, provides a warranty against defects for products distributed within Australia after April 1, 2016. Harman products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. During the warranty period, manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced without charge. Limited Warranty (General)
This Limited Warranty protects only the original end-user and is non-transferable. It applies only in the country of purchase (excluding EEA member states and the Russian Federation). HARMAN warrants that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of retail purchase. Defects resulting from accident, unreasonable use, neglect, shipping damage, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear (e.g., batteries, ear pads) are not covered. This warranty covers actual defects within the product itself and does not cover installation costs, adjustments, or units with effaced serial numbers. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer or JBL customer support. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
