Troubleshooting: Projector Remote Control Not Working

This guide provides steps to resolve issues where the projector's remote control is not functioning correctly. The troubleshooting steps focus on resetting the 'Remote Receiver' setting.

Method 1: Reset Using the Remote Control

If you cannot use the remote control via the projector's front panel, you can attempt to reset the 'Remote Receiver' setting to its factory default.

Press and hold the [Menu] button on the remote control for 15 seconds.

Method 2: Reset Using Projector Buttons

Follow these steps using the buttons on the projector itself:

1. Press the [Menu] button on the projector.
2. Navigate to the [Settings] menu.
3. Locate and select the [Remote Receiver] setting.
4. Change the setting from its current value (e.g., [Off]) to one of the following options:
   • Thai Menu: [หน้า/หลัง] (Front/Rear), [ข้างหน้า] (Front), or [ข้างหลัง] (Back)
   • English Menu: [Front/Rear], [Front], or [Back]
5. Confirm the selection by pressing the [Select] button (often represented by a diamond shape or similar indicator in the menu).
6. Exit the menu.

After changing the setting, press the [Save] icon (typically a floppy disk symbol) to save the configuration, then power cycle the projector (turn it off and then on again) for the new settings to take effect.
