Get Started
Follow these steps to set up your smart bulb using the Globe Suite™ app.
- Download the App: Get the Globe Suite™ app from the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device.
- Launch the App: Open the Globe Suite™ app.
- Register or Login:
- To register, enter your mobile phone number or email address. Create a password, then log in to the app.
- OR, if you already have an account, log in directly.

Verify Your Network
Ensure your Wi-Fi network is ready for your smart device.
- Verify your network and ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channel. Most smart devices require this band.
- Consult your router documentation for detailed instructions on how to change wireless settings if needed.
- Once your devices have been successfully paired, you can switch back to mixed mode or use a cellular data network to control your smart products.

Add a Device
Connect your smart bulb to the app.
Standard Connection
- Insert your Smart Bulb.
- Select the [+] symbol (add icon) on the top right-hand corner of the app's main screen.
- Select "Smart Bulb" (or your specific product type) and follow the instructions within the app.
AP Mode Connection (if standard fails)
If the connection fails, try using AP mode.
- On the "Add a device" page, select AP mode (often found via the [+] symbol or a menu option).
- Follow the instructions within the app to connect to the device's temporary Wi-Fi hotspot.
You're good to go!

Setup Voice Assistance
Integrate your smart bulb with popular voice assistants.
- Instructions are available within the Globe Suite™ app: Navigate to "Profile", then select "Integration". Choose your preferred voice assistant (e.g., Hey Google, Amazon Alexa) and follow the on-screen instructions.

Did You Know?
Understanding Wi-Fi Bands:
Most modern routers are dual-band, meaning they support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels. Your smart device typically requires the 2.4 GHz band for initial setup and stable connection.
Common Wireless Options:
- Mixed: The router broadcasts both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz simultaneously under the same SSID (network name). The device will choose which to connect to based on multiple variables (congestion, distance to router, etc.).
- 2.4 GHz: Broadcasts only on the 2.4 GHz channel.
- 5 GHz: Broadcasts only on the 5 GHz channel.
- Dual 2.4 and 5 GHz using Separate SSIDs: The router broadcasts both channels with distinct network names. You manually decide which frequency to connect to.
