Four Color Display (Optional)

The color display indicates the blood pressure level:

Systolic Pressure (mmHg) Diastolic Pressure (mmHg) Color Display Hierarchical Relationship
≥160 ≥100 red and (or)
140-159 90-99 orange and (or)
90-139 60-89 green and (or)
<90 <60 orange and

Note: Consult your doctor if unexpected readings are obtained.

Setting the Time

Follow these steps to set the year, month, date, and time:

  1. When the "year" flashes, press the [adjust button] to adjust to the desired year. Press the [confirm button] to confirm, and then the "month" will flash.
  2. Follow the same steps to adjust the "month", "date", and "time".

How to set "voice”? (Optional)

  1. After setting the time, the screen will display "SP ON".
  2. Press the [voice select button] to choose "SP ON" (speaker on) or "SP OFF" (speaker off).
  3. Press the [confirm button] to confirm.

How to set "unit”?

The default unit is mmHg.

  1. In standby mode, keep pressing the [power/unit button] for about 10 seconds to enter the unit selection.
  2. Press the [unit switch button] to switch between mmHg/kPa. Press the [confirm button] to confirm the selection.

How to check memory data?

  1. In standby mode, press the [memory button] and the device will display the average value of the measurements for the first three times.
  2. Press the [memory button] again to check the 99 sets of memory values one by one.

How to take proper measurements?

① Sitting correctly

To take a measurement, you need to be relaxed and comfortably seated in a room with a comfortable temperature. Place your arm on the table.

② Applying the arm cuff

Take off the clothes on the arm.

  1. Connect the arm cuff to your monitor by inserting the air plug into the air jack securely.
  2. Place your hand through the cuff loop. Pull the cuff until it reaches your upper left arm. Ensure the bottom edge is 2 to 3 cm (0.79 to 1.18 inches) above the elbow.

③ Taking a measurement

Start measurement after wearing the cuff. Press the [power button] and the monitor will begin to inflate. Please do not move or talk during the measurement. (The voice version will automatically broadcast the measured result during the measurement process.)
