Installation

The IMILAB C21 can be placed on horizontal surfaces (e.g., desk, table) or mounted on a wall.

Wall Mounting Instructions:

1. Drill two holes on the wall using the camera base as a template. Recommended hole diameter: 6 mm, depth: 30 mm. Mark locations with a pencil before drilling.
2. Insert two plastic anchors into the drilled holes.
3. Position the base unit with the arrow pointing upwards. Secure the base unit using screws into the plastic anchors.
4. Align the camera unit's grooves with the base unit's raised area. Press down until flush, then twist the camera unit to lock it in place.

⚠️ Warning: The device must be securely fastened to the wall or floor. The wall must be able to support at least triple the product's total weight to prevent damage or injury.

Product Instructions

Turning the Device On

The IMILAB C21 automatically activates when the power cable is connected to the Micro-USB charging port.

Indicator Light Status:

• Steady blue: Connected / Device status is normal.
• Flashing blue: Network error.
• Flashing orange rapidly: Waiting for connection.
• Flashing orange slowly: System upgrade in progress.

❗ Note: If the indicator light is flashing orange, the device is activated successfully. Otherwise, please reset the device.

Once powered on, do not force rotation of the camera head. Adjustments can be made via the app if the camera position is incorrect.

Installing a MicroSD Card

Ensure the IMILAB C21 is powered off before proceeding.

1. Push the camera lens upward to reveal the MicroSD card slot.
2. Insert the MicroSD card with the contact points facing downwards.

⚠️ Note: Turn off the power supply before inserting or removing the MicroSD card. Use a genuine Micro SD card from a qualified supplier with a U1/Class 10 speed rating. Maximum supported capacity is 64 GB.

Restore Factory Settings

Use a fine needle to press and hold the reset hole. You will hear a "reset succeed" voice prompt. Data stored on the MicroSD card will not be deleted.

Install IMILAB Home App

This product works with the IMILAB Home app. Control your device using the app.

To download and install:

• Scan the QR code provided [QR code] to download and install the app.
• Alternatively, search for "IMILAB Home" in your device's app store.

To add your device:

1. Open the IMILAB Home app and tap "+" on the upper right.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to add your device. This may involve scanning a QR code located on the device or selecting "IMILAB C21" from a list.

Precautions

• Operating temperature range: -10°C to 40°C. Do not use outside this range.
• The camera is a precision electronic product. Avoid high humidity environments and prevent water from entering the device.
• To optimize performance, do not point the lens directly at reflective surfaces like glass windows or white walls, as this can cause overexposure or white images.
• Ensure the camera is installed in an area with a strong Wi-Fi signal ?. Keep it away from objects that may interfere with Wi-Fi, such as metal objects or microwave ovens.
• During normal use, maintain a separation distance of at least 20 cm between the device's antenna and the user's body.

• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator & your body.
