The OCTA D900 + joint silencer is designed to significantly reduce acoustic propagation, particularly in medium frequencies, within circular ventilation networks while maintaining a low leakage rate.

Operating Principles
The interior of the OCTA silencer is lined with mineral wool and a glass veil to effectively absorb sound.
Product Description
The circular OCTA silencer with joints effectively reduces noise transmitted through ventilation systems, ensuring acoustic comfort in tertiary and collective buildings. It also provides excellent network tightness. A wide range of diameters is available, from Ø 125 mm to Ø 1000 mm.

Installation
The silencer is designed to be inserted directly between two circular ducts of the network.
Reference Features
- Outer casing made of plain galvanized steel or aluminum.
- Inner casing made of perforated galvanized steel or aluminum.
- Jointed connection collars for diameters from Ø 125 to Ø 630 mm. Standard connection collars for larger sizes.
- Acoustic insulation: Rock wool with glass veil.
- Fire classification: MO (equivalent to A1 according to Euroclasses).
- Tested for 400°C - 2h on request.
- Product tightness: Class D according to EN 12237.
